When we showed up at the hotel we were a bit concerned there would be some sort of long wait or something, but the receptionist (her name was Etleva) she explained everything with details and it was easy to communicate with her about every issue we had

We especially appreciated the rich and varied meals prepared for iftar and suhur. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Thank you for such a wonderful stay – we highly recommend it and would love to come back

I have to especially thank Mrs. Eva at the reception, who is amazing and made me choose this hotel. I would not like to forget Mrs. Lindita and Flutura, who contribute to the great cleanliness of the hotel

I have to mention, I do have issues with different accents (as i also have a very thick accent in English) but the girl at the reception, Etleva, has been so patient and followed my way of speaking

Unlike other hotels in Durres, this hotel has one of the best service coordination, the food left me speechless (BIG fan of their seafood) and the room is tidy and always clean

Our first stay at this hotel – and definitely not the last. From the very first moment we felt truly welcome. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and always ready to help

The food was great, the restaurant warm and staff attentive and helpful. Just wish we had known how great they were before we booked our other accommodation. We would have definitely preferred Amara hotel

We had already booked accomodation nearby and saw the restaurant when out walking. The restaurant team were lovely, they allowed us to bring our dog inside (out of the rain) and couldn't be friendlier

They will try to rip you off and make you pay for the towel (10€) even though we were guests at the hotel. This lead to unpleasant conversations and nearly arguing in front of other beach goers

If you are lucky you will be served by the best waiter probably in the entire world. The quality of the service was fantastic. Staff is very helpful and friendly

Nice rooms, reasonable breakfast. The strongest suit is how amazing the staff are, from reception, to housekeeping to waiters and kitchen staff

We only had drinks here, but it was a perfect location to refresh after a long stroll on the beach. Cocktails were great and also well priced.

I couldn’t believe how great the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and pool were fantastic, making it an absolute highlight of my trip. But what really stood out was the team here

I am sitting on my balcony on the last night of a week long trip and I cannot fault the hotel every member of staff was so pleasant and helpful the breakfast was basic but you could find something considering this was my first trip to Albania I was very surprised some people want ultimate luxuries but don’t want to pay so write bad reviews I had a few meals and all where lovely thank you all again...

I've walked along the beach coast in Durres, and I can say this hotel is one of the best. The sunbeds were placed nicely, it looks really good compared to the left/right side beach. The staffs are all nice, and friendly

In my opinion, they have a great food. Sometimes they ran out the food if you come at the end of the lunch, but still there's always something to eat and it's tasty. They have a good ambience and decorations

One of the few to have its own swimming pool in the Durrës beach area. Service is amazing as the staff are eager to help and most can speak multiple languages. Big family trip and had so much fun

Very nice hotel at the coastline in Durrës. The room was very nice with balcony and a big bathroom. The beach is just across the road and the sun-chairs is free when you’re staying at the hotel

We had the most amazing time at Vila Belvedere, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Albania

Not in the centre of Durres, but has plenty of possibilities. Swimming pool is good and private. Cleaned daily! Staff is very friendy. Joel makes very good cocktails. Ask him for the specials and be surprised

Arrived late and the receptionist couldn't handle the complimentary status upgrade, at breakfast we were the only people there with the staff but still got very limited attention / service

The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit! Perfect is an understatement! Fast Wi-Fi, great location close to my meetings, and the conference room facilities were excellent

Basic but everything we needed. Asked for blanket n received straightaway! Staff are polite but not over friendly in my experience. Breakfast is adequate and the location is perfect for beach n exploring Durres

The weather is gr8 so we booked in for a few more days! Keep in mind the price you are paying n maybe a please n thank you in there language wouldn’t go unappreciated. Enjoy your budget holiday!!!

Dinner is a set menu and again adequate but for the price I’ve paid for half board I would not have the cheek to complain

All the team Mary Ann, Olga and Olga are always smiley and happy to help. The massages provided are amazing and also the spa areas are so private, calming and inspiring. its always has been a unique experience for me

Fabulous hotel, very very clean, food was good, rooms were spotless and the maid service was great. Only downside would be the amount of work going on in the area but obviously this is to improve the area

I am a recurrent client at Amara Spa. Its always a warm welcoming from the spa team with absolute great service. The Amara Spa manager Mrs Alexandra is exeptional person and very professional

The food is so delicious and the service is exellent. Our children likr do much the soups that eat. The view is so relaxed and a good weather. Our children plays with toys and laugh so much

The promenade is so clean and all the bars and restaurants look well looked after, we would definitely recommend

Definitely one of the nicest hotels in Durres. Only thing that let it down was the spa. Jacuzzi was cold, sauna wasn’t very hot and steam room was broken for our entire stay

The staff was attentive , the girls have to smile more … but the boys were polite. I don’t recommend seafood crudo but risotto and appetizers were tasty. The room was clean and had the basic amenties we needed

We had rooms with balconies offering lovely sea views, which was a huge plus! A major highlight is definitely the private beach with dedicated umbrellas and sunbeds

Nice hotel, large pool and private beach, however the rooms are outdated

The hotel, the swimming pool, the large space with food points on stilts directly on the sea, very very beautiful especially at sunset! The pizzeria also belonging to the hotel makes very good pizzas 😋! I only give 4 stars for the location because some rooms (our first night) overlook a very very very busy road and are smaller than those we had the next day thanks to the kindness and understanding...

We had the package with breakfast included, very generous! I can only thank again our main contact at the hotel, Oresti who manages the reception but so many other things, always smiling, always looking for satisfactory solutions always with the desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible, incredible ☺️ with very good advice, attentive and very kind! I don't forget the manager of the restaurant...

The overall impression is good, it's the Balkans - Albania from the airport is literally "crammed" with people and cars, as well as the transfer traffic jams on the highway

Our week at the Bleart Hotel with our family (our couple and our two 19-year-old daughters) was almost perfect

Staff were very helpful, they even did some of our laundry for us, booked taxis for us and printed boarding passes for us. Hotel was clean, rooms were cleaned daily

Air conditioning, TV with several English speaking channels, as well as various lighting options and a balcony overlooking the Durres countryside and mountains

Only drawback is there was sometimes a lack of hot water immediately available in the shower, but this wasn’t a big issue

A great hotel for the price! I've never met such a friendly and helpful owner))) It's like they're following you around, keeping their tail up high! It's fantastic! The view of the sea from the shower is simply stunning! There's secure parking, and they even let me park my motorcycle right out front so I could relax in peace

The rubber from the shower door was coming off,the support of the toilet paper was not stable and it fell everytime we touched it,the fan from the bathroom in the next room, left on by the peole sleepingt there,was so loud we could not sleep one night,We informed the reception and I hope they made a note,and things were fixed

The 2 Kitarrat hotel is nice,a little over the top,but clean and w/potential if the maintenance will take a closer look at the small details

That was unsettling to say the least. He did not hear me and I did not wake him up. Security should not be be taken litghtly

And another huge plus was that we found out that our hotel is part of a chain of hotels, and one of them is on the coast with its own beach, and we were allowed to use it for free! It was very cool! There is also great staff, convenient, comfortable and great cocktails! Ask at the reception and they will tell you everything

Fantastic central hotel, incredibly good food in the restaurant, and the breakfast was outstanding! You ordered breakfast from a menu and received plenty of food

This is an amazing property and Facility. We ate at the Restaurant, used the Hammam and got a scrub. This was an enjoyable place right in the Center of the Action. Will stay here every time I am in Durres.

We spend one night in the roof top deluxe jacuzzi suite. May be a little dark in deco. You can see the sea but it‘s about 20 minutes by foot

This isn‘t a beach resort although offering 2 large outside pools that are not heated. Unfortunately you have to reserve the use of the indoorpool??which is difficult to understand

We had breakfast à la carte as it was low season. Good quality with friendly staff. Sometimes difficult to communicate in english

Air conditioning in the room is pre set at 23C , and you cant adjust it either way, contrary to the list of available services in the room that states AC can be adjusted 3 degrees up or down
