Envy Hotel in Durres was an excellent choice. It was elegant, the staff we helpful and friendly and the location was in the heart of a trendy neighborhood. However, elevators were slow, also our balcony overlooked the pool area, and every night it was loud music and noise until the very late time, so, we could not get asleep. Great place to visit. Not sure if because its off season or if its the way in Albania but there was no sense of urgency from anyone. We ate once in the restaurant and the food was okay, it was very quiet so you would have thought the service to be better. Breakfast buffet starts at 730am but all the hot food was cold by 830 and clearly not cycled through for hygiene so just be careful.

Good hotel The location was really good. Lots of restaurants and other services nearby. The hotel had its own sunbeds, and the beach was just across from it. However, in front of the hotel there is a bar that plays very loud music every night until midnight, making it difficult to sleep before the bar closes. Wow! What can I say? This is a beautiful hotel with one of the best teams you can find in any hotel. Don't get me started on the location which is prime with the beach and all. Absolutely loved the food. Amazing experience. Will DEFINITELY recommend.

The hotel is placed right next to the beach and has a parking lot included which was great since we were travelling with car. The rooms were very functional, a little bit worn down, but clean and tidy. The restaurant is amongst the top in the area, great food and service. It was a good stay.The property is a bit old but the location is excellent

Not much working here Air conditioning did not work. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Beach towels you had to pay for everyday. Staff was either ignorant or did not speak English. Some were even rude. Many restrictions on what to do or what not to do. One out of two elevators broken. All in all a mediocre experience. Location on the beach was great!

Durres The most expensive hotel on our 6 day trip , the worst split unit Air conditioner above the bed. Extra payment needed for swimming pool and beach , but both poor. Breakfast ok, staff helpful , but would not advise to stay at this hotel. Much better near this hotel and near on the same beach.

Very good value for the price! The location is great, you are close to the promenade and the hotel has its own beach section. The service was top! I needed a chair for showering because I can’t stand, so they got me one right away. Whenever I had a questions or a request I got the help that I needed.

Excellent service and hospitality from the staff, clean and well equipped hotel with a great breakfast buffet! I do think the beds are a bit on the hard side, and the elevator makes quite a loud "ding". Overall a great experience!

Very polite and helpful staff in the reception. Always smiling and saying hello. The cleaning staff as well, polite and smiling. The rooms are clean and modern. All in all a very nice experience. The restaurant staff is impolite and not interested in helping in any way, so not recommend at all. They should really learn good service from the staff in the hotell.

Nice place to stay for several days. Breakfast was served in the restaurant that belonged to the hotel with a nice view of the beach, and with a polite staff. Very nice sunsets, and a plus that you have your "own" beach where it is free to use sun loungers. A bit of a busy road, so our room that was facing the road was quite quiet. But this is without a doubt a hotel we would visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
