I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Vivas. Luciano was exceptional in his service delivery, he wore a smile always, and was happy to help. Great place to visit. Not sure if because its off season or if its the way in Albania but there was no sense of urgency from anyone. We ate once in the restaurant and the food was okay, it was very quiet so you would have thought the service to be better. Breakfast buffet starts at 730am but all the hot food was cold by 830 and clearly not cycled through for hygiene so just be careful.

Not much working here Air conditioning did not work. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Beach towels you had to pay for everyday. Staff was either ignorant or did not speak English. However, elevators were slow, also our balcony overlooked the pool area, and every night it was loud music and noise until the very late time, so, we could not get asleep. For a 4-star hotel, there was little variety in the food... from breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the "all-inclusive" format. The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel.

Everything is very taste. The food is so delicious and the service is exellent. Our children likr do much the soups that eat. The view is so relaxed and a good weather. Our children plays with toys and laugh so much. Thank you, we are having a wonderful time with our children.

Bit weird to drive on a bike path to get to the parking area though plenty of parking and free. Check in was sime enough and staff were friendly enough. Pool was not open due to an issue which was a shame. Room was comfortable enough though air con was locked at 24C. Breakfast was excellent, good coffee though had to be ordered which took time at times. Very well stocked bar though staff seemed to...

Very freindly personel and clean hotel! I loved the pool on the back! Very good price for what you get.
