Kadrisa Hotel in Durres

Booked this hotel for 7 nights during the last week of august. The hotel is in a good position, about 200 meters from the beach, and close to a lot of restaurant and markets. The structure seems to have been renewed but lack in refinings. You can see still some cables coming out from the walls or incomplete refinitures. The room was big enough and had a nice balcony but the furnitures inside were lightly damaged and not fixed. The bathroom is really small. Acoustic isolation is a malus: Annoying is the noise coming from the traffic outside even with the window closed you hear cars, music and clacson. Also you can hear noises from other rooms and people in the corridors. They need to improve the cleaning service (not every day we were getting clean towels and blankets) and the floor was never properly cleaned. Breakfast could be definitely better if they could add more sweet things. Often they were lacking in service refilling clean dish , cups or simply napkins. All these things can be surely improved because the structure has the potential to became a really good hotel in my opinion.

I loved that the staff was so nice and helpful. Also the location is pretty close to the beach, shops are nearby and the restaurant has amazing servings! I suggest you to eat there!

We stayed there two times. First time on the 4th floor and it was ok for the money. No luxuries, but did its job for a quick sleep. Second time we were placed on the 5th floor and even though the rooms were more spacious, they were not up to good standard. Shower head not working properly, the drain was blocked so the water in the shower had nowhere to go. Washroom very outdated, bad lights, and a general feeling that it is just not clean. I wouldn't recommend.
