A wonderful place to relax. My kids and I loved every day, and the outdoor pool was fantastic. The food was very clean, delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of European and local dishes. The room was spacious, with a beautiful sea view, and the staff was always very polite and helpful. I felt very welcome. I will definitely be back!

Our first stay at this hotel – and definitely not the last. From the very first moment we felt truly welcome. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the rich and varied meals prepared for iftar and suhur. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Thank you for such a wonderful stay – we highly recommend it and would love to come back.I have to especially thank Mrs. Eva at the reception, who is amazing and made me choose this hotel. I would not like to forget Mrs. Lindita and Flutura, who contribute to the great cleanliness of the hotel.

Hello all,
Currently staying at the hotel, as I am on a bussiness trip at the moment. I have to say, so far im highly impressed. Unlike other hotels in Durres, this hotel has one of the best service coordination, the food left me speechless (BIG fan of their seafood) and the room is tidy and always clean. I have to mention, I do have issues with different accents (as i also have a very thick accent in English) but the girl at the reception, Etleva, has been so patient and followed my way of speaking. The hotel is close to everything that you need, pharmacy, markets, the seaside to take a walk. If I will ever return to Durres I will make sure to come back herr again and ofc suggest this amazing hotel to my family and friends. 💯

When we showed up at the hotel we were a bit concerned there would be some sort of long wait or something, but the receptionist (her name was Etleva) she explained everything with details and it was easy to communicate with her about every issue we had. The food and room service was amazing. The view from our room was top-notch!!!!

A special thanks to Babbu, one of the kindest servers we’ve ever met. She took such great care of us and always made sure we had everything we needed. Ali was also incredibly approachable and very helpful, especially during our departure, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

We are also grateful to Ulrissa and Drita for keeping our room spotless, clean, and comfortable throughout our stay. Eagle and Jenna were fantastic at the pool and sauna, always attentive and making sure we were well looked after.

Finally, thank you to Marina for such a relaxing and rejuvenating massage experience it was the perfect way to unwind.

It was a wonderful experience all round the location was perfect, the staff very helpful and friendly. I was given a free upgrade to a supreme room with full sea view which made my stay memorable. Special shout out to Ali the bell boy who went the extra mile to ensure I was well settled during my entire stay. Sara at the reception was extremely helpful and made sure I was comfortable. Drita the cleaning lady ensure my room was thoroughly clean. The kitchen staff were also very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel. Indoor pool was lovely.
Room had all the amenities yiu would expect from a 5 star hotel. Spotlessly clean.
Menu for the restaurant was not presented in a 5 star manner.Mine was actually dirty and well used.
Staff were all lovely and work so hard to make your stay pleasant. I would stay here again
