We spend one night in the roof top deluxe jacuzzi suite . All you need, you will find. May be a little dark in deco . Giant terrace with jacuzzi., 2 sunbeds, hamaca and sofa.You can see the sea but it‘s about 20 minutes by foot. This isn‘t a beach resort although offering 2 large outside pools that are not heated. Unfortunately you have to reserve the use of the indoorpool??which is difficult to understand.We had breakfast à la carte as it was low season . Good quality with friendly staff. Dinner excellent as well. Sometimes difficult to communicate in english

Yes, the villa looks very impressive at the first glance, but that is where it ends. We were there second week in September on the weekend and it was empty! Yet , the city , Durres , was bustling with tourists , restaurants were full, beaches and sea promenade were packed. That is the first indication to us how popular the villa is. Regarding accommodations , yes ,rooms are good size, walk in shower, bath robes, his and her sinks, fancy painted ceilings. Air conditioning in the room is pre set at 23C , and you cant adjust it either way, contrary to the list of available services in the room that states AC can be adjusted 3 degrees up or down. The same list indicates that the Jaguar service is available for guests transfer to town and back. no it is not! The main restaurant has very limited food choices, basically pasta and risotto, all fresh fish choices are limited to Mediterranean sea-bass. The two gorgeous pools are not heated, the pool restaurant across the street serves pizza and a few salads. The wine choices are limited to entry level italian white wines and high end red Barolos. Villa does have private parking, which is a big plus, yet no one helps with the luggage, which you need to carry across the pool to side entrance via a restaurant with a few stairs along the way. Overall , the pompous villa has little conveniences for the guests. And the location is a good 30 min drive in traffic to closest public beach and about the same to centre of Durres.

I had the absolute best stay at Hotel Villa Pascucci – everything was beyond perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and treated me with the utmost care and professionalism. The service is outstanding, always friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The hotel itself is stunning – elegant design, luxurious rooms, and every detail thought through with so much style and comfort. My room was spotless, spacious, and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The food and drinks were exceptional – whether it was breakfast, a meal at the restaurant, or enjoying a cocktail by the pool, every bite and sip was top quality. Speaking of the pool – it’s gorgeous, with a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel like I was on a true vacation paradise. The spa facilities also added the perfect touch of relaxation. Villa Pascucci is a gem – combining 5-star luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Durres – you won’t be disappointed!

Really a nice hotel with super great swimming pools and super nice staff. Breakfast was boring and you need a car to visit Durrës city or the beach. But it’s quiet and new and clean! Can recommend the lamb at the restaurant - it was absolutely amazing!

We stayed at this 5-star hotel during our vacation, but unfortunately, it did not fully meet our expectations. The breakfast was quite repetitive, with the exact same options every day, which became boring after a while. In addition, the food was not labeled with allergens, and many dishes contained nuts, which made it difficult for guests with allergies to make safe choices. One of our rooms had a persistent smell of urine, especially in the bathroom. We reported it to the reception three days in a row, and although they said they would inform housekeeping, nothing seemed to improve. It didn’t feel like the issue was taken seriously. The air conditioning in the same room also didn’t function properly, making the stay uncomfortable. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The sunbeds were fantastic, and the hotel had two beautiful pools in different areas. However, one day one of the pools was rented out for a private event, leaving very limited space for other guests — and there was no prior notice given. Overall, the hotel has potential, but several important areas need better management and attention to detail.

Spent €220 per night here and honestly, it was a huge let down There was no hot water in the room — at a so-called 5-star hotel. When we went down for breakfast, there was no breakfast buffet. We were told it’s à la carte, but the server didn’t speak English. We asked for a croissant and got a cold one straight from the freezer The hotel is also in an odd location, far from the beach and the city. It’s isolated, with nothing nearby We raised these issues with the manager Manu who was rude and dismissive. We asked for a refund or some fair compensation, and all they offered was a 20-minute massage This place looks impressive online, but don't be fooled. Poor service, untrained staff, unprofessional management — and zero value for money

We booked a luxury suite for 500 euros, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. THE FRESH ORANGE JUICE WAS AN EXTRA CHARGE, and we were given poor-quality bottled juice. Upon arrival, the room was cold, there were no towels or bathrobes for each person, and the spa was barely warm. The hostess explained that the outside temperature (15°C) was preventing the system from heating up further, and the spa bubbles were not working. It was too late for any repairs, and we were told it would take 12 hours for the water to heat up, which was disappointing as our arrival had been planned for a long time. Additionally, the hammam was leaking into the room, and several light fixtures were out of order. The largest room in the hotel is in this condition; it's unacceptable... how is the rest of the hotel? And at such a price, no service is provided by the hotel. It was a disaster.

Unbelievable establishment in the middle of a small village. Modern , spotless, outside swimming pools , indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a hamam. We only visit to find out if we can use pools . Omg it's such a welcoming and spotless hotel ! Definitely, we will be back
