Location: It is quite far out/isolated, but the private beach access makes up for the distance.
Service: Not up to 5-star standards. Arrived late and the receptionist couldn't handle the complimentary status upgrade, at breakfast we were the only people there with the staff but still got very limited attention / service.
Food: Breakfast was very basic. Felt more like a standard 4-star spread than a luxury experience.
(+) Pros: Large rooms, private beach, unbeatable price (off-season).
(-) Cons: Location is a trek, service/food quality doesn't match the "5-star" label.
Satisfied overall. If you pay a lower price, it's a great deal, just manage your expectations on the luxury aspect.
Perfect is an understatement! Fast Wi-Fi, great location close to my meetings, and the conference room facilities were excellent. Definitely recommend for any business traveler
Exceptional stay with my family. The kids loved the pool while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and went so far as to make sure we had a great time.
Breakfast buffet starts at 730am but all the hot food was cold by 830 and clearly not cycled through for hygiene so just be careful.
The breakfast gave very limited options, not international friendly at all!!!! I wouldn’t recommend at all.
I requested for a complimentary birthday additions for my partner birthday & this wasn’t even granted at all…
The location was so poor to have access to activities etc and the resort didn’t provide everything needed to make guest feel comfortable not to go out at all…
I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone!!!! Never coming there again!!!!.
