Great hotel. Right in the heart of the town but away from any noise. The beds are super comfortable and it has a real shower with a shower door, which is bizarrely rare in Europe. I’d definitely stay here again. The only negative is that it doesn’t have the view of the mountains like other hotels. Rather, a pleasant view of a courtyard.

Amazing views from the hotel to the mountain. The restaurant where breakfast is served is on the roof, so it is beautiful to sit and eat whilst taking in the spectacular views. Fantastic location, 1 minute walk from the Grand Bizarre and 1 minute in the other direction to the cathedral. Restautants and bars are on the doorstep. Can't get any where more central, right in the square. Vehicles only allowed so far , it's a 5 minute walk. Easy check-in, lift temperamental, room clean and tidy, comfortable bed, decent shower. Facing the main square Hotel Cajupi is close to many restaurants. The outdoor dining area on the top floor offers a panoramic view ot the town and nearby plains. Rooms were clean with consistent wi-fi access. The hotel offer a modest breakfast buffet. When I dined there the only fruit served was sliced watermelon. The coffee was also weak.

A strange hotel. Well located next to the old city and bazaar. Externally, the building is from the communist era, with pretensions of luxury, but with maintenance defects. The place exceeded our expectations. We booked primarily to ensure that we could easily park the car. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, which made overall experience great. The location was also great. You need to hike up to the main sites but it’s pretty close and it is a calm place for sleeping.

Beautiful hotel in an incredible setting. The road up is challenging but they provide YouTube videos which are very helpful, and taxis up and down are inexpensive if you prefer not to drive it yourself. Would very much recommend a stay here!

Came with my family for breakfast, the food was freshly made and delicious and the service was great. In terms of location, maybe because it was my first time there it was a bit confusing. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

The best possible first experience in Albania, I was travelling through to Tirana by bus and stopped by. What can i say for this friendly and really helpful couple? I needed a room last minute just for the night and their service and attitude was excellent. The lady speaks 3 languages and maybe more so you will definately get a great communication. The room and bathroom were so clean i felt sorry to use them :D Highly recommended.

Good service with a bit of introduction of the manager. The rooms are nice with air condition and good bathroom. A must to check is the terrace with amazing views like the castle. Priceless
