I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The photos of the hotel looked very nice, with a modern bathroom, but the room I received was ugly and outdated. The bathroom was old, the furniture was old, and everything felt mismatched and chaotic.
Breakfast was very poor — only a few slices of tomato and cucumber, with no cheese or ham at all.
I do not recommend this place. For €35 per night, the standard should be much higher. In my opinion, this hotel is worth no more than €15–20 per night.

Great family run hotel in the heart of the City. Very close to Old Baazar n Castle. The experience starts with your stay, and for a nice comfortable stay i highly recommended this place. Cozy room, clean, and u can see that family really cares.

This was a great hotel to stay at. The rooms were very clean, with beautiful views. The food was fresh and always flavourful, making every meal very enjoyable. The service was great, as everyone was inviting and helpful. I loved the hotel overall and definitely recommend it.

Great room that was clean and had an amazing view. The staff is probably the most helpful people I've come across anywhere. Breakfast was simple (like everywhere in Albania) and good (best so far in Albania). Ot is sentral, felt safe and taken care of. Can't complain about anything from this stay.

Hotel ok, but bathroom wasn't nice -wet toilet paper and shower shoes that every guest can use - disgusting! Three stare for great breakfast.
