The location was splendid. a walk away the best part of the city. The rooms were clean and the food was amazing. The owner and manager was very sweet and gave us great tips on what to see around town.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location was simply outstanding.

Absolutely beautiful! Located in one of the beautiful ancient parts of the Old Town Berat. It right in the center of where you want to be.
The rooms are gorgeous. All wood furniture, antique decor, and beautiful wood carvings and details on the ceiling.
Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious and gives you a beautiful view. You walking distance from the castle and the a couple churches and mosques. Staying here was just an all around wonderful experience.
If you have a car, don't park it in public parking! They have parking available for you here!

Absolutely exceptional experience! The hotel was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Noisy at Night and Overpriced for What It Offers
The accommodation is just a few steps from the main street, which is great if you’re carrying luggage — no hills or long stairs. The location is very convenient for walking around the city. The room was spacious and had a fantastic terrace, with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer provided. The staff was friendly, and you can pay by card (just not with Amex, even though it’s listed as accepted).
However, there are some downsides. Being so close to the street means it gets noisy, especially at night due to a nearby pub with loud music. The price feels high for what’s offered. Breakfast was okay, but for the rate, they should really serve fresh orange juice instead of artificial. There’s no on-site parking, but if you’re lucky, you might find a spot down the street near the second bridge.
Overall, it’s comfortable and well-located, but be prepared for the noise and a few small disappointments.

We had an amazing trip in Beratino Hotel, the host is very caring and flexible. The restaurant next door makes it perfect. The place and the rooms are clean and give the best experience among the thousand windows of Berat !

Feel very welcome in this hostel. Staff is really friendly, they even offer me some raki. Rooms are really beautiful and if you are lucky the view is incredible. I greatly recommend.

Great place to stay in Berat. The location is perfect: inside the UNESCO historical neighbourhood and directly in the heart of the city. The service was very good and the staff was very welcoming. I can only recommend

The lamb, beaf and prown are very fresh and delicious. This is really a good restaurant!

Nice view over the river, but that's about the only reason to go. The pizza had supermarket ham on it, and canned mushrooms. The service was fine, but there was little atmosphere and reason to stay any longer than it took to eat.
