My trips to Lezhe are often business related. Always stay at Liss. Wonderful place with parking. Rooms are new and modern, all the amenities you need to setup and check some emails. The beds are comfy, super clean, spa slippers, and the staff is very accommodating. And it is in the center of Lezhe. Walking distance to everything, even the great castle.

The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected. The shower had a few hairs in it that weren’t ours and the shower drain didn’t work well. However overall it was a great stay!

To all the ratings here, keep in mind that Rafaelo is divided in 3 parts. Rafaelo normal with the sections A to H. Next Rafaelo Executive (Maritim) with higher standards and exclusive Pool usage. This resort has a brilliant position on a sandy beach and 4 types of pool suitable for children and adults. All inclusive meals are great value. Some days there is a great choice of fish and vegetarian as well as pasta and meat options. Lots of staff who are very keen to help and fix problems. It faces south so there is sun all day both on the patio areas and the beach.

Extremely helpful and proactive receptionist made our stay very enjoyable. Did not eat there so cannot rate it but rooms are spacious, cleaned and well maintained. The double glazing on the windows overlooking the swimming pool is very welcome to stop the noise from guests and music. Very quiet location.

The campsite is right next to the hotel and pool, with lighting and electricity. Clean toilets and showers. Friendly and helpful staff. If you ask for laundry done, they'll have it all folded perfectly. There's also a wonderful and very gentle large dog. Be warned, he's a real cuddler! You can pet him for hours. 🙂

The largest hotel in albania with flamboyant decoration. The dining hall is large. The room is also large. It was very cold when there was no carpet. Slippers provided were not suitable. The heater was poorly functioning. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and provided warmth.
