The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected. The shower had a few hairs in it that weren’t ours and the shower drain didn’t work well. However overall it was a great stay!

To all the ratings here, keep in mind that Rafaelo is divided in 3 parts. Rafaelo normal with the sections A to H. Next Rafaelo Executive (Maritim) with higher standards and exclusive Pool usage. Last Rafaelo Deluxe with highest standards and SPA etc. (Executive can use SPA too). We where in the Executive Hotel and everything was fine.

The only good part of the bar is the location and the view. The service is average and the coffee was not on my preference.

You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye you use to review a Western hotel. While nice, this property had some problems. It is modern but sparce, it had a very nice bathroom. There was a safe in the room and a mini-refrig. There was no coffee maker, it had very weak WIFI and weak AC master controlled from the front desk. Perfect place to stay in Kruje We had great rooms with balconies overlooking the bazaar. Breakfast was delicious. We had a couple of issues - neither room had any cold water at the basin which made cleaning teeth unpleasant. And no toilet roll in one room on arrival. Great hotel with all the necessities, good location just besides the kruje bazar and close to kruje castle. The hotel has good wifi, is clean and has a nice restaurant. The reception is friendly and has some good recommendations on what to do and how to get around in the area. The only downside is no fitness area.

While our room could have used a little updating, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were extremely professional and very helpful. The location and the views were perfect, and an easy drive from the airport after a long travel day.

We stayed at this hotel before and after our Valbona-Theth hike. They let us store our luggage there, which was nice. We stayed in two different rooms. The first one was really nice, but the AC was not working. The bathroom in the second room could have used some repairs, and had a leaky sink. However, the AC in that room was working. The location was great!
