The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected

The hotel was spotless, the rooms were very nice and modern, and the service was excellent. There is an indoor and outdoor restart where you can eat excellent food while enjoying the panoramic view of the city

Stayed 2 nights and very pleased. Receptionist could not have any more to help and spoke excellent English. Really nice room, quick WiFi and breakfast included. Lezhe itself is a lovely town

SERVICE: we were treated well by all the staff, and the manager made special accommodations to ensure we felt welcome (including upgrading us to a nicer room free of charge) LOCATION: Lezhë is not a large town, but the hotel is situated comfortably near the centre with easy access to bars and restaurants by the river

I would recommend this place to anyone travelling through the area and it was very well worth the price we paid! ROOMS: We were in a spacious 2 bed room on the 12th floor overlooking lezhë castle

The room and the bathroom were immaculately clean and the sheets/bedding were nicely presented also. The room had air conditioning so despite the heat we slept incredibly well

We stopped for one night on the way south and had a very pleasant experience, I was particularly impressed by the service and generosity of the manager

Additionally I must mention the 13th floor bar and restaurant area, which boasted a roof terrace as well as a large seating area

The room offered all the amenities we needed, though basic - however very high quality for the price

🌴 The pool is clean and the water in the pool is pleasant, there is a shower by the pool and towels can be requested at the reception

Lots of space around the pool, but wasn’t lots of people at the time of our holiday. Host Alta and her family were absolutely amazing - they made our stay perfect in every way

Wonderful place, quiet and relaxing. Room was perfect, pillows are the fluffiest! Air conditioning as it was ridiculously hot. Pool was glorious on those hot days

A very nice place to stay! I really liked the big area with different houses, a clean and nice pool and some nice extras like a small bridge over a small brook. Also the room was clean and the shower quite big

Dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced! The risotto with shrimp and vegetables was fantastic. The rice was perfectly al dente and the shrimp and zucchini were an awesome and creative combination to have in it

The waiters are exceedingly polite, kind and charming. This is the third or fourth time in Albania that I've come across a master chef. I would give this place a 10/10 and it's rare I ever go over 7 or 7

We stopped here for dinner on our journey through Albania to Greece and must say the Spaghetti carbonara we had was superb and good value

Close by, there's a famous restaurant called mrizi I zanave, it's world famous but it couldn't compare to the dishes we had here. I don't know how this can happen. Mrizi I zanave is very average in their food

The another good thing was that it was obvious that many people were stopping there all the time, not just tourists but also local people which is pleasantly different than staying in some in resort

Had an excellent experience, the rooms were clean and very spacious, amazing service from an incredibly nice staff, the restaurant was very nice and the waiting was out of this world

The options of the swimming pool is something that not many places offer and it definitely turned out to be a winning card for the kids

My kids are dairy intolerant and my wife is vegetarian, which in some places you are left with very little choice when it comes to food, but thanks to an amazing chef we had some of the most exceptional and diversified dishes catered to suit everyone’s dietary needs

We had a lovely experience at Hotel Valz. The hotel is actively run by two families and the staff are very friendly. We stayed for 9 nights and commutated into Shkoder to watch our son play basketball at tournament

All i have to say is that the rooms were so clean and neat the night is cheap service sooo kind and excellent food was delicious if u had problems walking u would get in this tall car and it would sent u to the beach and once we were waiting for the car to sent us to the beach and when it came another family was going to take our turn but the workers didn’t let them to add on everyone is so respectful...

The apartments are perfect for families or groups. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The owner and all the staff are super hospitable

We had to pay to use a resort deck chair, pay to swim in the indoor pool. Couldn't swim in the outdoor pool,because it was too crowded. And the waterpark was closed at 5pm so we couldn't enjoy that

There are many different slides, 3 pools, one for children with small slides, the second for more adult slides, and the third just to swim in deep water

As we drove up in our bus we were excited to see a waterpark, the beach and hear about outside and inside pools. Until all of the extras were explained to us

A lot of soft sun beds with umbrellas, the steps to the slides are not slippery, there are many towns for small children and older, entertainment for the whole family:) We were satisfied with the water park, the prices are acceptable :)))

The water park is open from 9 to 18, but the slides are turned off at 17. We went to the local water park at the hotel today. Admission costs 12 euros (1200L), for small children 10 (1000L)

Unexpectedly, one of the slides (blue) turned out to be completely unlit, driving in the dark, an unusual experiment :) There is a shower, toilet, everything is in order
