Where to stay in Lezha

The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected. The shower had a few hairs in it that weren’t ours and the shower drain didn’t work well. However overall it was a great stay!

Wonderful place, quiet and relaxing. Room was perfect, pillows are the fluffiest! Air conditioning as it was ridiculously hot. Pool was glorious on those hot days. Very kind lady at the reception. Hotel does not have an elevator. I believe all the rooms have a balcony and from any side they have a nice view. I just went there to eat because I stayed in the Hotel next to it and wanted to try the restaurant too. The food was really good and you got not to less. Its for albanian conditions a bit more pricey, but it was worth. We payed like 45€ for two starters, and to mains.

There is also a currency exchange office and a small market as well as, of course, a petrol station. 40 minutes from the airport and 15 from San Giovanni Medua, traffic permitting.

A very nice place to stay! I really liked the big area with different houses, a clean and nice pool and some nice extras like a small bridge over a small brook. Also the room was clean and the shower quite big. Not to forget the very friendly staff and the fresh cooked food they serve. I would definitely come back here when I am around.

We stopped here for dinner on our journey through Albania to Greece and must say the Spaghetti carbonara we had was superb and good value. We had a lovely stay! The service was incredible. Everyone was generous, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced! Our first stay in Albania and we were made to feel like we were family Shebra and Luca were lovely. Very nice staff. Very close to the sandy beach, approximately 150m. Spacious room and very clean. Sheet and towels changed every three days. Continental breakfast is very good. To all the ratings here, keep in mind that Rafaelo is divided in 3 parts. Rafaelo normal with the sections A to H. Next Rafaelo Executive (Maritim) with higher standards and exclusive Pool usage. Last Rafaelo Deluxe with highest standards and SPA etc. (Executive can use SPA too). We where in the Executive Hotel and everything was fine.

The hotel and the complex itself are great, it's clean and tidy but if you walk a bit further you can see a lot of dirt and trash on the beach.

However there were a few issues that did let it down in my view, firstly the lift needs updating as it is more of a death trap as the doors just seemed to shut and the sensors didn't seem to work. This resort has a brilliant position on a sandy beach and 4 types of pool suitable for children and adults. All inclusive meals are great value. Some days there is a great choice of fish and vegetarian as well as pasta and meat options. Lots of staff who are very keen to help and fix problems. It faces south so there is sun all day both on the patio areas and the beach.

I arrived late-ish at 21:00 with my dog and the staff was extremely friendly they said the kitchen would wait for me to shower and get ready so I could eat something. Located in a beautiful place it was a great location for a rest. Can only recommend, would visit again anytime.
