Reception staff lovely, got room straightaway. Room rather small and cramped so this let it down but clean. Breakfast could have been better and coffee a let down as very weak so ordered and paid for a stronger one. On a your holiday so had set meals, some were really nice but some disappointing and would have been better if we’d had a choice, one receptionist did sort this out for us and she was amazing - Samira. Most of the waiters were great but one in particular was not, am older guy, didn’t catch his name. Hotel is great as in the centre of everything and we had a great New Year celebrating but went out of the hotel for this which was about a 5 min walk.

We just checked into Hotel Rozafa with my doughter abd partner and it was a fantastic choice. The room was very comfortable and perfectly clean — I genuinely felt at ease. The location is amazing: right in the heart of Shkodra and close to everything. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I loved that the hotel has a restaurant with traditional dishes, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and inviting. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shkodra. Sure I will come back

She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful—she made us feel welcome with her smile from the moment we arrived. Our suite was awesome, spotless, and had a stunning view of Shkodra. Between the amazing service and the perfect setting, our stay couldn’t have been better!
If every place had a receptionist like Samira, the world would be a better place.

As a general impression it is terrible, management should work on customer more, a lot more.
Staff is well organised, but rooms, it is not a four star hotel. Smell in bathroom is terrible. And accessories? Did you forget about them? The food in buffet is terrible, what impression should have a tourist of local cuisine??? Horrible food of the restaurant? Have management ever tried it? Don't think so. People working there are nice, but overall impression is a 2 star hotel. Very disappointed.

We spend a day and a night in the hotel and it was the best hotel experience that we had. The rooms were really clean and spacious.Beds were so comfortable. Stuffs were so cheerful and kind. Breakfast and dinner were mindblowing delicious 🤩 Plates,spoons and forks etc.. were clean. Also the location of the hotel was in the center of the city. We went to city center easily. As a summary We LOVED it. Thank you for this special experience Hotel Rozafa. Hope we could see you again. Cheers! ✨️🫶🏼

Things were good, but staff at the restaurant are busy chatting themselves.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of the pedestrian street. The buses currently stop on the street directly in front of the hotel. We arrived late, so we were upgraded to a suite with a balcony offering a view of the central attractions. The service was also very good.

Arrived at the hotel in a very cool reception as outside was very hot! We got to our rooms which were 28o and unbearable. I informed the girl on reception who could not care less. She was rude, disinterested and did not do anything to help except tell us to wait. She eventually informed another gentleman who came to our room and said everything was working perfectly and left despite it being 28o. We were in a group and everybody complained about the temperature in the rooms. The fact that they only give you a bottom sheet with a folded one at the bedroom of the bed, to use if desired, shows they know the rooms are hot. Do not waste your money in this hotel with staff that simply aren’t interested in customers.

My experience at Rozafa Hotel was far from satisfactory. For the price paid, the quality and service fell short of expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. There was a lack of communication about check-in procedures, and I felt rushed through the process without any explanation of hotel facilities or amenities.
