Rozafa Hotel in Shkoder

I stayed at the hotel Rozafa for a week on arrival was greeted with respect until I went into the dining room for dinner where the waiter told me to F off in his own language (tqifsha ropt) he did not know I spoke Albanian due to him being frustrated I was trying to ask if there was pork within the pasta due to my son being muslim..... also he tried to shortchange me so becareful with the money you hand over the bedrooms are spotless. and the cleaners do a fantastic job with the up keep of the hotel they will do anything for you so helpful.... the ladies that I delt with on reception was great spoke good English they have also said its a (great breakfast) its far from its so basic with very little on offer eggs that look stale if you like toast and jam then its nice even juice options only one!!!for the money I paid I would not say its great value as I was having to eat breakfast outside of the hotel even though I had paid nearly £500 would I visit again if the breakfast was updated and bar staff understood English noise level was fine heard no one there are some works going on next door but is what it is location is good in the heart of the town
