I am very saddened by our experience here. Upon entering the room, we noticed that it smelled like feces. We were really confused, and once we opened the bathroom, we found mold covering the ceilings. The shower is also clogged, so that made it impossible to keep the bathroom floor not wet (very slippery and unsafe!). It stunk so bad we had to keep the door closed. The service is meh. The guy downstairs was only able to give us one towel so we had to use the same towels for 3 days (and yes, we asked more than once). Getting there is impossible, it’s behind a sketchy alley with a terrible view. We had to pay 25€ for 2 nights in a parking lot maybe 7-8 minute walk away. We could not wait to leave this disgusting place. Total safety and health hazard here.

Great location in the city center at a very reasonable rate. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful with any request we had. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was also amazing!

AVOID THIS PLACE.
Staff were unhelpful when I complained and the next morning got us 2 soft drinks and 2 croissants for breakfast as their version of a resolution. No communication or willingness to listen or sort the issues listed above. *BOOK AT YOUR OWN PERIL.*
I stayed here room 204 for 2 nights in November.
It's hard to find as it's in a back alley.
It doesn't have parking, staff refer you to a very expensive car park. Staff don't have a clue about local parking rules and don't help that aspect.
There is no breakfast or food on site.
There's no lift. You carry your own luggage up/down stairs.
First problem of many, was an issue with the booking, eventually they sorted us out.
The room was clean.
2nd problem not enough towels, staff said the drier is broke but when pressed on the matter 2 clean towels magically appeared
3rd problem remote not working for blinds so can't open a window or have any sunlight.
4th no printer to help print boarding passes.
5th toilet is broken on the flush button and the seat.
6th shower didn't drain.

My stay at Center Boutique Hotel was decent but not outstanding. The location is convenient for exploring the city, and the rooms were clean, but they felt a bit cramped. The service was average—polite but not particularly attentive. Breakfast is not included, unfortunately. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay, but I expected a bit more for the price.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in the heart of Tirana, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is perfect—right in the city center, close to all the shops, landmarks, and everything you could need. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean, which made for such a comfortable stay.
A small note: the rooms don’t have much of a view, but honestly, it doesn’t matter. You’re literally so close to all the best sights and attractions in the city that it’s better to spend your time out and about, enjoying the beautiful cafes, restaurants, and all the city has to offer.
But what truly made our experience special were the incredible ladies at reception. They were super helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made our time in Albania so much better.
Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirana. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel room is really nice. With heater/ ac, table, bed, etc. Very stylish.
However we needed a parking spot and there was no available. It was our last day in Albania, we had to get up in the night and wasted more than 30 minutes with finding a parking spot, which is not easy and if we would have known we would not have stayed here.
The guy on the front desk was nice, but not helping us with parking, even though online it said parking is available for 4 euros nearby. We than had to walk 10 minites at 3am in the night to get to our car hoping it wont be gone because we didnt know if parking was allowed where we stayed.
It was smelling after cigarettes because the front desk guy (or someone else?) was smoking at the entrance. Maybe the heater/ac is pushing all the air in the room?
I couldn't find a possibility to get some air in the bathroom? The window is so high that you cant reach it.
The fridge didnt work. The front desk guy just said "I dont know why"...
The ac/heater waant working at first but he helped right away and fixed it.

The female manager of this hotel who also appears to be the cleaner is a person who knows nothing abt hotels , I had been a regular client of this hotel but this person made it impossible for me to go back
Last time i was there i found the sheets with red marks (looked like blood). Got downstairs to the reception and the other girl was very nice giving me another clean room . The problem is that , that room was cleaned by the "female manager" and she didn't accept that the room was dirty but instead she accused us for the marks when we were in the room for about 30 minutes ,Overall bad behavior with the client, very agresive and also afterwards she sent a message implying she didn't want us back as clients .

We have chosen this hotel for one night before going to the airport as there was written they provide parking nearby. We arrived there and there was no parking spot for us anymore even the hotel have its own.... the receptionist during day was very unfriendly and not helpful. We needed almost 1 hour to find 10 minutes away a parking spot. We hadn’t much sleep because of the early departure. The receptionist was gaming at the computer and the smell of cigarettes arrived even our room. Room was okay but the bed was hard.
