We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here. The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.
The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

The most suitable hotel for romantic surprises! At a great price I got a romantic package for my partner's birthday, which, in addition to the decor, also included a bottle of wine. This is the best hotel I have stayed in whilst in Tirana. The rooms are huge and well equipped. There was a jacuzzi in the room, wide screen smart TV, huge beds, tables and mini bar, a spa on site and a range of other amenities.
