The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

The room was not necessarily what you would expect from a 4* hotel (damaged and stained walls) but did the job perfectly for one night, and allows quick access to the city center (7-10min walk)

Rogner Tirana has a very good location, close to the city center and main attractions, which is definitely a strong point. However, the service was not satisfying and did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. Clean room, superb amenities,lovely staff, good drinks and an all round lovely atmosphere.

We stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel is convenient for this purpose: you can stroll into the large park and spend a few hours there. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny rooms. How Radisson allowed this for the price is beyond me. Sometimes, you literally can't move around in them.

Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

Nice, clean hotel, in a good location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Skanderberg Square, therefore it is easy to get to all of the places of interest on foot. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but basic and at times there was no food left. They were not very quick to top up the food.
