Nice hotel and great location. Perfect walking distance to the center. Also the breakfast was perfect. The garden area is nice to walk around.Also as a female solo traveler I felt completely safe here. No issues walking around town either.
During our recent business trip, we experienced truly exceptional service that deserves special recognition. On the day of our departure to the airport, we asked the reception to arrange a taxi. Due to a public demonstration in the city, taxis were unable to reach the hotel. Rogner Tirana has a very good location, close to the city center and main attractions, which is definitely a strong point. However, the service was not satisfying and did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. Overall, the stay was average mainly due to the location, but the service could be improved significantly.
Friendly staff, clean and good service
I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The room was great, the staff are all friendly and breakfast has a lot of choice. The room faces a main road which is very loud, which is something to consider if you're a light sleeper but I managed fine. The only thing I would mention to the hotel, is to use a different taxi company as they called a 'city taxi' for me. The taxi experience was awful...
Prime city-center location surrounded by lush gardens & pool oasis. Feels like a tranquil escape. Rooms are spacious but decor feels slightly dated & needs refresh. Staff generally helpful. Good breakfast. Overall, a solid 4-star with charm, though rooms don't quite match modern 5-star expectations. Great for ambiance & location.

Very beautiful hotel. Clean in all areas. The hotel is just behind the Albanian Stadium in Tirana,which is a wow factor. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the Pyramid, 10 minutes walk to the city . Fantastic location. Wonderful staff. Everything about it is great - but at the moment they are being upgraded. It wouldn't stop me from staying there but it was irritating to have scaffolding being clunked around at 0800 when I am looking for a break. So. Great hotel with wonderful staff. But .. just for a while dont expect perfection
Building is under construction, involving the problems
The staff were excellent, the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good. However, the building work around the hotel made relaxing at the pool and on the terrace impossible. The hotel, or *******, should advise guests, before they book that the disruption is intrusive and makes the pool area unsafe (by UK standards).
The hotel is now in construction procedure, so it wasn’t quite, and workers were close to the room windows and could see everything inside

Clean room, superb amenities,lovely staff, good drinks and an all round lovely atmosphere.
We stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel is convenient for this purpose: you can stroll into the large park and spend a few hours there. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny rooms. How Radisson allowed this for the price is beyond me. Sometimes, you literally can't move around in them.
Building is beautiful. Rooms are nice. Customer experience is lacking. Spa pricing is a nonsense. 20 eur per sauna per person per 20 minutes! That could be just added value since the saunas are heated anyways and no one uses them with this ridiculous plan. Extremely disappointed. Got the low level room looking at the neighboring building with clothes hanging on the balconies. Usually premium members...
Hotel and staff are very nice. AC was switched to heating a week before arrival which we didn’t know. It was a bit warm in the room but once we opened the balcony door and kept it open throughout he night it felt cool.

The service was excellent. Our waiter KLEO was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. He made sure everything was perfect and created a very welcoming atmosphere. Great service like this really makes the dining experience special. Highly recommended!

The drinks were excellent, well-prepared, and very refreshing with great presentation. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the service made the experience even better. Very nice hotel. Easy to find free parking - parking guard even helped us to take our suitcases to the hotel which is about 50 yards down the road. Nice, comfortable room, great location for the sights by foot, very nice breakfast with a good selection and nice coffee.
Only good impressions of the hotel. It is located in the very center of Tirana, but at the same time in a quiet place. There is a 24-hour guarded parking lot. The room has everything: a minibar, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The service is provided every day. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel!
