Rogner Tirana has a very good location, close to the city center and main attractions, which is definitely a strong point. However, the service was not satisfying and did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level

One of the hotel staff members, Gjergji Hoxhanj, went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect — he personally escorted us through a back route and walked with us in pouring rain for at least 15 minutes until we were able to get a taxi

His dedication, sense of responsibility, and genuine care were simply remarkable and deeply appreciated. Beyond this extraordinary moment, our entire stay at the hotel was very pleasant

The international standards, location, facilities and services are all first-class. The country's positioning in developing tourism is very accurate. In ten years, Albania will definitely be a different place.

Nice place for a business trip

The reception staff were generally very friendly and helpful, offering useful tips such as where to exchange money, which I really appreciated. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the restaurant

I hope the hotel can improve their wake-up call service to avoid this happening to other guests. Despite this hiccup, the friendly staff and exceptional restaurant made for an enjoyable stay overall

I did have one issue during my stay - I requested a wake-up call but unfortunately never received it. This nearly caused me to miss an early morning tour outside the city, which was quite stressful

The room itself is quite compact and the space around the bed is limited, but it was adequate for my needs. The hotel also arranges taxi service to and from the airport, which is very convenient

The Albanian cuisine is absolutely delicious - it was a real treat to dine there. I highly recommend trying the local dishes

Excellent location, right in the city center, making it easy to reach the Bunker Museum, the Leaf Museum, and all the main squares. Ample parking available, and breakfast was good.

This was a decent hotel. Easy to find in central Tirana, nice breakfast as well as efficient staff throughout the stay.

Breakfast is varied and rich, but note that there is only black tea and only in a central kettle from which each length is poured into a glass. There are no teas of various types

An unacceptable answer to us because we booked the room two months in advance!!! And not on days close to check-in and therefore they could have reserved a front room for us in advance!!! The switch between the hand shower and the bucket faucet in the bathtub was broken

Good hotel, excellent location, good service, polite reception staff and maintenance man but: We were given a room facing an inner courtyard with scaffolding and construction dust and therefore also a sealed window with the inability to open for ventilation

Good and simpel hotel at a central place in the centre of tirana. The area of the hotel looks not so good, but the hotel is very okay for the price you pay for it. Skenderbeg square is on walk distance

We were looking to stay somewhere very central and this Hotel ticked all the boxes for 5 of us and was excellent value

Fast check-in, location near the central square, A/C in the room (it was quite cold but the A/C helped me to warm the room a bit) plus a fridge and quite a big bathroom

This is a local Hotel in a superb location close to Slaavenberg Square and plenty of restaurants close bye. Very clean well appointed bed and bathrooms and superb value

Wifi worked well and there was a small fridge and AC we didn't need to use in March. Breakfast was good and available for a 7am departure

The hotel is really holding it's name: very comfortable rooms, the staff is welcoming and competent, and the terrace is nice anytime. Also very quiet. Great place.

The Comfort Hotel is within walking distance to Skandberg Square in central Tirana and conveniently located across the street from a bakery and mini-superette

The rooftop restaurant serves breakfast with a large variety. Close to the center (Skanderbeg Square) and other attractions. The hotel staff is welcoming and supportive

You’re close to restaurants, a supermarket, and everyday amenities, and most of the city centre is easy to reach on foot

It’s on a road, but not on a big main road, so evenings are noticeably quieter and early mornings pass without much traffic. For me, that’s a good balance: close enough to be handy, far enough to sleep

When I went to reception the man there reluctantly stoppscrolling on his phone and eventually took his fet down off the desk and found me a normal metal key so that I could enter my room

Located in a central spot; easy to get into the main part of town. But just a basic room. Thin towels; no makeup mirror; no A/C. just could have been better but it wasn't.

A very small breakfast area for a rather large hotel with rooms over 4 floors, caused a bit of a bottle neck, but the staff did their best making people feel comfortable. The marble bathroom floor is lethal

The room had quite a bit of dust on the floor which I'm assuming they missed as they had to move the beds together, but when I called reception to ask for a broom they came immediately and swept it up themselves

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms

this hotel was very charming, clean, large spacious rooms. The breakfast was wonderful, there was a great variety, hot foods, pastries, jams, cereals, and beverages

Ornate lobby with many comfy couches and upholstered chairs. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water in large bathroom. Friendly staff at Reception Desk

No worries about the city noise though, the soundproof windows are perfect to cut all the city noise, and you will have the perfect night sleep. Supper friendly and very accommodating staff

The staff were nice, friendly and helpful, but the access and parking were difficult and limited. There isn't an elevator as might be expected in this style of hotel. Overall it was pretty good, just not awesome.

Tirana is quite small, and the sightseeing attractions seems to be all located very centrally, so I walked everywhere

I also found the staff to be incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. ​The breakfast was ok, if a little basic—you won't find anything too fancy or elaborate, but it certainly did the job to start the day

I recommend also walking to the Grand Park of Tirana (where there is a lake, and a large park scattered with Holocaust, war memorials, cemeteries etc

Location of the hotel is central and it us easy to get around from the hotel. However, due to the central location it is quite noisy. Even with windows, shutters and curtains closed, the street noise was clearly audible

From even before I arrived at the hotel the staff on the front desk were very helpful with arranging transfer to and from the airport. The hotel is in a great location in Tirana and it was possible to walk most places

It turned out to be a fantastic decision! We arrived earlier than expected due to our flight, and although we didn’t anticipate our room being ready, the lady at reception was extremely kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in right away

There are many things to visit in Tirana, but don't miss Bunk'Art 1 visit, which is NOT an art exhibit, but a jump back 80 years ago, that explains how Albania became the most fortified country in the world, and the reasons for it

We didn't know what to expect, but the hotel is great. Our room was big, and had everything we needed. In fact, it's almost luxury at an affordable price. The owner is managing himself the hotel, and is very friendly

We were a family with a dauther. The manager was working alone, as for Xmas holiday, and she did a great job, giving perfect service. The location is perfect, the room was big and comfotable

There is a medium-sized supermarket about 50 m to the right of the hotel. You can walk to Skanderbeg Square, in the centre of town, in about 15 minutes

There was also a desk with two stools and adequate storage space for clothing. The bathroom consisted of a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The tap was loose and needed tightening, but the room was otherwise good

This hotel is small but it is very nice. My room was newly refurbished and felt very contemporary. The hotel sits above a coffee shop (which is actually connected to the hotel), so there is fresh expresso at 6:30 AM

Great hotel 15 minutes away from Tirana downtown. Please be aware there is no elevator and no breakfast is included. Another tip: never take a taxi in Tirana, as they will skin you alive. Take public transport.
