The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

The room was not necessarily what you would expect from a 4* hotel (damaged and stained walls) but did the job perfectly for one night, and allows quick access to the city center (7-10min walk)

This hotel is brand new. The staff is friendly and attentive. The manager (Rosa) is always ready to help at any time. Rogner Tirana has a very good location, close to the city center and main attractions, which is definitely a strong point. However, the service was not satisfying and did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. The staff were excellent, the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good. However, the building work around the hotel made relaxing at the pool and on the terrace impossible. The hotel, or *******, should advise guests, before they book that the disruption is intrusive and makes the pool area unsafe (by UK standards).

The location is great, right in the city center. However, this 4-star hotel definitely doesn't live up to its rating! The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Skanderbeg Square, with views of the square. However, the room was quite small. The bathroom featured a shower-over-bath setup, but the tub itself was very narrow, making showering uncomfortable. Amenities like bathrobes and tea bags were also missing.

We stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel is convenient for this purpose: you can stroll into the large park and spend a few hours there. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny rooms. How Radisson allowed this for the price is beyond me. Sometimes, you literally can't move around in them.

Doro City hotel is an old fashioned hotel with few amenities. We were a group staying at the hotel. We spent little time actually in the hotel so it was ok. One tiny elevator serving all the guests. I would have preferred a hotel with a kettle and waste basket in the room. Also shower gel in the bathroom.

The hotel is located about 20 min walk from the city centre. Lot of shops in the neighbourhood. But also a very busy street just outside of the hotel. Breakfast was OK. Staff was not good. Not attentive at all, and sometimes directly rude. One person in the reception was OK.
