The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

The room was not necessarily what you would expect from a 4* hotel (damaged and stained walls) but did the job perfectly for one night, and allows quick access to the city center (7-10min walk)

This hotel is brand new. The staff is friendly and attentive. The manager (Rosa) is always ready to help at any time. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is in line with 4-star standards. It's truly worth it. As for the food, it's so delicious!!! Triple said it. The chefs here are professional. The location is great, right in the city center. However, this 4-star hotel definitely doesn't live up to its rating! The breakfast was exactly the same every single day of our 10-day stay – absolutely nothing changed, no variety whatsoever! They seriously need to consider diversifying their breakfast offerings!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Skanderbeg Square, with views of the square. However, the room was quite small. The bathroom featured a shower-over-bath setup, but the tub itself was very narrow, making showering uncomfortable. Amenities like bathrobes and tea bags were also missing.

Doro City hotel is an old fashioned hotel with few amenities. We were a group staying at the hotel. We spent little time actually in the hotel so it was ok. One tiny elevator serving all the guests. I would have preferred a hotel with a kettle and waste basket in the room. Also shower gel in the bathroom.

A very small breakfast area for a rather large hotel with rooms over 4 floors, caused a bit of a bottle neck, but the staff did their best making people feel comfortable. The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

This is a very nice hotel - friendly and efficient reception and comfortable clean rooms. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. I would strongly recommend this hotel - so close to everything and sparklingly clean. Will definitely stay there again because it’s fabulous.
