Very qualified staff.Clean, breakfast and location are amazing 😍.We are very satisfied with service.Highly recommanded👍
Excellent! Very nice and polite people! As I understand it is family. Excellent customer service. Cleanliness and datail. Five minutes from the center. Very convenient to avoid the crowd and traffic of the center.
Comfortable clean
Delicious breakfast, more variety of breakfast options than the hotel's reservation site photos. Great place to stay in the hearth of Tirana . Close to city attractions.
Kind , helpful and caring staff from the receptionist to cleaning service . Clean , well furnished , luxury rooms. Best part of our accommodation is the breakfast. Special thanks to Ariana who helped us so much, being friendly , caring...
What better can happen to you than to "get stranded"at the Boka Hotel? Not much, I can tell you. Just booked in for an overnight stay, I got sick the next day and was not able to continue my travels. The most friendly and caring personell of Boka Hotel supported me like a member of their family and arranged whatever was needed and helpful. Thank you for this, for your kindness, the perfect service...
Located exactly near the market. Happening and buzzing places near by the hotel. Variety of coffee shops, restaurants and bars near to the hotel. Rooms are well maintained and very clean. Fast check-in, location near the central square, A/C in the room (it was quite cold but the A/C helped me to warm the room a bit) plus a fridge and quite a big bathroom. Breakfast was rather limited and not much tasty (one kind of salami, cheese and sausage, scrambled or fried eggs, cereals, yoghurt, apples and some vegetables), not very good coffee. The hotel was a bit difficult to find.
Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a late check out service at no extra cost and printed our boarding passes for our return flight. The room was clean and comfortable and noise was minimal. The breakfast was replenished often and staff were quick to clear away your plates and cutlery. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you
This is an hotel located in the city centre of Tirana with the best location The rooms are small but they have all what we need The staff are efficient They offer a simple breakfast with the indispensable food items They also have a living room which the guests can stay The price is competitive If you need parking you will need to pay for it
Perfect hotel, definitely worth a visit
Great stay, really helpful and friendly staff, highly recommend
Hotel has a quite central city center location with plenty of restaurants and cafes and is also near the transportation system and bus transfer shuttle to the airport . The hotel is not luxurious but for the price is quite fair . The receptionist was incredibly helpful, friendly and always with a big smile , great professional . Check in and check out was really smooth .

An excellent family run hotel where nothing was too much trouble for its owners highly recommend nice clean en suite rooms
Super nice hotel with very nice rooms located super close to city centre:) The atmosphere is on point and the staff goes beyond their way to help and give u a great experience visiting their hotel! I’m going back!! :)
We had a nightmare start when Love Holidays who we booked through changed our hotel twice in less than 24 hours before the flight. It appears it was a twist of fate because we ended up staying at a gorgeous family run hotel where nothing was too much trouble. Accommodating from the word go; we didn’t even make it to reception before the owner was buying us a drink. I simply cannot fault the effort...
Donny, Edmund, Tani and family made our stay very special for our first visit to Albania. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms and food were excellent too. We would highly recommend this family run hotel and also advise that you come and meet the friendly people of Albania. Thank you to all concerned for making it a wonderful experience!
"5/5 stars! I recently stayed at [ NEW W HOTEL TRIANA ALBINA] and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional cleanliness and outstanding staff! The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room's spotlessness, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We had a long day and a mishap with accommodation arrangements elsewhere and New W gave us rooms at a good rate and even though their kitchen had closed… They helped us order pizza from a pizza delivery shop… I think that was called perfect pizza… And it was wonderful… Good size rooms nicely presented…oh and the breakfast was great. 👍 ….. Most staff could speak a little bit of english - enough that allowed them to understand basic asks, such as for coffee, breakfast etc. Breakfast was western and included croissants, toast, sausages, tomatoes, eggs etc. Breakfast is from 7:30am - 10:30am and the catering staff are even willing to make you some free coffee. The staff were all nice and the hotel's location was very central. The WiFi worked...

Staffs are very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Good location to visit the city centre.
The location was conveniently close to the city center. All facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was also good, and I was able to enjoy a satisfying four-day stay.
Excellent hotel and Fredy a super good person, I lost my wallet in another city and Fredy sent people from the hotel to look for it for me, a friendship was born and a lot of gratitude. I recommend it 1000000000000000%

The hotel is clean a bit worn definitely not a 5 star but the staff are lovely especially the reception staff extremely helpful. Location is perfect, breakfast could do with more variety as if you have any allergies then you are going to struggle.
Allocated a room here after ******* messed up our reservation at the Metro hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable and centrally located. Room let down a bit by minor things - missing plug in basin, missing handle on shower door but fine for one night. Breakfast okay but need to get there early for hot food as it is not left on warmers - not a great fan of cold fried eggs! Nice coffee though.
The Comfort Hotel is within walking distance to Skandberg Square in central Tirana and conveniently located across the street from a bakery and mini-superette. My room was clean, had adequate hot water and stable wi-fi connectivity – three of my must haves for budget lodgings. There are a few short comings, my room lacked an accessible power outlet and the morning buffet breakfast is limited...
This hotel gets an average from me because it is centrally located, the room was clean, the young lady at the front desk in the evening was so very nice and helpful, the morning clerk was nice as well as the lady in the breakfast cafe. Outside of those things, the worse was the smell of cigarette smoke that seeps into your room from the cafe below. I had to wear a mask while in the room. That smell...
Everything good, good service, nice room, excellent breakfast and delicious. I recommend this hotel in city center near scanderbeg square. Nice bar on site and delicious restaurant on site. Polite staff service.
We toughen we booked but turned out we selected wrong city in Albania. Comfortable beds and clean room with AC and fridge. Wish there was a safe, but the staff was very helpful and fix our booking error and got us a room last minute at great price. The bar is very chill. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was not right for us. The rooms were nice. However, the AC didn't work, and there was a loud noise in the room that lasted all night. Good stay. It’s far from the touristic town centre but the neighbourhood gives it a more local area experience. Restaurants and markets in the area. The hotel is located on a busy road, which could be a cause for concern if you are in need of a peaceful and quiet room to relax in.

Good location to reach the center in about twenty minutes on foot, and good welcome. Breakfast offers a choice of three different options, with the possibility of customizing. We have been here a couple of times in the last year, the rooms are comfortable enough but the apartments in the structure are better.
Not a bad little hotel based about a 20-30 minute walk from the centre of Tirana. The rooms were well maintained and the free WiFi fast, which was helpful for planning our day-to-day. Capital Tirana Hotel (or Capital Hotel) is a good hotel, but there are several things that prevent this hotel from being superb. For easy reading, I will organize my review into pro and cons. It’s conveniently located close to Alexander square and near the new bazaar. Some of us were located in the conference centre of the hotel but I was in the old part. The staff was very friendly they provided good information and suggested some restaurants. The ladies from breakfast were also very helpful. The parking service was very good and we had a very nice view. The hotel is far from the center if you don't have a car but it's close to the airport. The hotel itself is a modern, clean, and comfortable haven. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities one could need, including a comfortable bed, a great rain shower, and effective soundproofing to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The attention to detail in the room's upkeep was evident, and it was a pleasure to return to a pristine space each day.
While the hotel is located a bit outside the immediate city center, this wasn't a drawback at all. In fact, it's in a convenient area with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a short taxi or bus ride gets you to the main attractions like Skanderbeg Square and the National Historical Museum in just a few minutes. Small room, just perfect to drop my bag and explore Tirana. Older room, safe, comfy, variable air conditioning. Bathroom offered mini toiletries that were just great. Inviting breakfast buffet with all the essential breads and proteins and an array of dried fruits--soooo good!
