Perfect walking distance to the center. Also the breakfast was perfect. The garden area is nice to walk around. Also as a female solo traveler I felt completely safe here. No issues walking around town either

There is only sugar and no artificial sweeteners, (by the way, in all hotels and restaurants in Albania there are no artificial sweeteners)

This was a decent hotel. Easy to find in central Tirana, nice breakfast as well as efficient staff throughout the stay.

An unacceptable answer to us because we booked the room two months in advance!!! And not on days close to check-in and therefore they could have reserved a front room for us in advance!!! The switch between the hand shower and the bucket faucet in the bathtub was broken

Good hotel, excellent location, good service, polite reception staff and maintenance man but: We were given a room facing an inner courtyard with scaffolding and construction dust and therefore also a sealed window with the inability to open for ventilation

In short, discomfort in use and also irritation/roughness of the fingers when pulling an exposed screw - I got the impression that the problem is not new and the hotel simply ignores it instead of fixing it

The maintenance man "taught us" to first open a weak stream and then pull the exposed switch screw with our fingers so that water would flow slowly through the faucet and only then increase the stream

Alex on the front desk made our stay! He organised our taxi to Durres and to the airport with ease. He also recommended some fantastic restaurants to eat at. Thanks so much! Highly recommend

This is a local Hotel in a superb location close to Slaavenberg Square and plenty of restaurants close bye. Very clean well appointed bed and bathrooms and superb value

You have a simpel breakfast, that is okay. If you want to spend not to much money for a hotel, and you want a good hotel for staying I definitely recommend this place

Wifi worked well and there was a small fridge and AC we didn't need to use in March. Breakfast was good and available for a 7am departure

The hotel is just behind the Albanian Stadium in Tirana,which is a wow factor. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the Pyramid, 10 minutes walk to the city

Buses from the hotel to the city centre is just 4 minutes away We went to Albania to celebrate my hubby's birthday. I ordered for a cake with the intention to pay for it, and we got a cake to feed 6-8 people for free

Everything about it is great - but at the moment they are being upgraded. It wouldn't stop me from staying there but it was irritating to have scaffolding being clunked around at 0800 when I am looking for a break

Lawrence and Belsie the receptionists were very helpful during check in. There is a marvellous park with a massive lake behind the hotel. To conclude, Mak hotel is the perfect place to stay if you visit Tirana

My husband and myself loved our 5 days stay and will visit again. My only concern is staffs at the entrance not welcoming, you have to greet them, they never say hello when you leave or enter the hotel

We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here

Absolutely amazing stay with good food and the room service people are amazing they do the cleaning everyday and make sure to give you new towels and toilet rolls as well

The shopping mall 5-10 mins walking distance where we used to go for a shopping or a meal. Room was nice, air conditioned and clean. We had some very minor issues setting the right water temperature when showering

Very nice hotel with free airport pick up/drop off which is a real plus as airport taxis try to charge you €20 for a 2km drive, plus hotel has deal for €12 (1200lek)for taxi into Tirana (17km) so well worth using this service if going into the city,Elvis on reception was a great help and suggested good places to visit

Having worked in the hospitality industry for 6 years I was immensely impressed by the professionalism and upgrade they offered me. I wish I had a chance to stay with them longer. 10/10 would recommend, well worth it!

Although this hotel has free-shuttle service from/to Tirana Airport, I didn't know how to order this service, so I took a taxi from airport:( However, the next day I could get to the airport by this service

Close to the aiport, superb pool and restaurant. Amazing room, the staff were very helpful and even transferred me for my early flight

But my entire stay from that day onwards was so wonderful. However, the bathroom supplies were not as written and were missing. For example, it was written as there is a toothpaste. I did not buy toothpaste accordingly

The National Museum, Opera House and Airport Bus Stop are 10-15 minutes walking distance. The breakfast is rich and healthy. The only drawback is that the food waste of the guests is beyond imagination

It is recommended that the hotel strengthen management and place warning signs on each table to remind guests to be self-disciplined and save food

It’s far from the touristic town centre but the neighbourhood gives it a more local area experience. Restaurants and markets in the area. Hotel seems to be best for families of people traveling with a car

It smells nice, clean, beddings are fresh, modern toilets, quiet and lastly well ventilated. The staff are quite commendable and will help as much as they can

It’s on a road, but not on a big main road, so evenings are noticeably quieter and early mornings pass without much traffic. For me, that’s a good balance: close enough to be handy, far enough to sleep

I really recommend this hotel for visitors to Tirana. We started our trip with a night in this hotel and stayed there for our last night. The rooms are spacious with all amenities. There is a free garage under the hotel

Sky Hotel Tirana is a very practical base, especially if you like being able to walk almost everywhere without feeling stuck in traffic noise

The rooms are large, with a bed and a seating area. In my room, the small table in the seating area was a bit wobbly, but overall everything worked as it should

The rooftop restaurant serves breakfast with a large variety. Close to the center (Skanderbeg Square) and other attractions. The hotel staff is welcoming and supportive

There’s a café bar at the front, and the restaurant (where breakfast is served) is up on the 18th floor in the business tower

The room had quite a bit of dust on the floor which I'm assuming they missed as they had to move the beds together, but when I called reception to ask for a broom they came immediately and swept it up themselves

A bit pricey since spa cost extra even sauna they charge 15 euros per person per day. Rooms are a bit dated with many things semi broken, lights are blue/greenish , uncomfortable

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

There was a kettle, etc, for hot drinks, but only tea? There was a bit of a glitch when we went to book in; our rooms were not ready, and I felt that the receptionist wasn't very engaging

The location is really great for everything - but noisy from construktionwork right outside and the music from the restaurants, so remember earplugs. Our room was nice and very clean

The smoke from the smoking in the bar and in the restaurant in the evening (owner??) was so heavy - we could smell it on the 4. It is not okay, when we have a non-smoking room

Rooms are clean with amenities. Spa & sauna are so good and a must try. Plenty of options for breakfast A bit far from the center (15 min by bus) but Bus station is 3 mins away

A special mention for Sinan who went out of his way to help. My car tyres were low in pressure, and he volunteered to bring his own air compressor and filled my tyres with air. He also checked them again twice

For the evenings our dietary needs were met and the staff went over and above to ensure we were totally satisfied. We also made full use of the pool, sauna, and steam room. I had a very good massage during our stay

The spa was fantastic, pool, steam room, ice bucket and sauna all cleaned regularly

The hotel management should be proud of the staff they have, as they made our stay such a happy and memorable one, and to those staff members we thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and hopefully we shall return and see you all again

Hotel staff if friendly and it was quite place. Its situated on the main road in the centre of tirana thats why excellent bus service. You can visit town centre on the left and biggest mall TEG on the right

Great place, very clean and well maintained. It is a little bit off town center but along the road there are shops, bars and restaurants. They also have food on the menu but I didn't try

Staff of hotel go all out to help you in everything you need for your vacation. Our room and beds, tv and shower was old, dusty and not so clean as it could, not good enough, but the area is still in development

The room was decorated nicely and suited our needs for a quick stay perfectly. The hotel is very centrally located, so if we had been staying in Tirana for longer, would have been a great place to sightsee from 😊

This is a very difficult area to find parking if you have a car, however we found a parking lot close buy for overnight parking at a very good price

The hotel is extremely clean, and the rooms are very nice we tried 2 different rooms, 1 premium and 1 junior suite with lake view, booth are very nice and the beds and pillows are fantastic quality, you have all comfortable amenities in the room like shaving set, toothbrush, shoeshine, nice shampoo , conditioner, bathrobe and slippers

I had a lovely breakfast and a wonderful soul Adriana took care of me. She was my first interaction in the hotel and town she is such a comforting warm person. Am grateful to have my first morning chat with her

Customer experience is lacking. 20 eur per sauna per person per 20 minutes! That could be just added value since the saunas are heated anyways and no one uses them with this ridiculous plan

We stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel is convenient for this purpose: you can stroll into the large park and spend a few hours there. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic

Hotel and staff are very nice. AC was switched to heating a week before arrival which we didn’t know. It was a bit warm in the room but once we opened the balcony door and kept it open throughout he night it felt cool.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel iteself was gorgeous, the room was pheoimenal (the in-room sauna and soaking tub were miraculous) and the spa and restaurants were spectacular!

They even booked me a taxi on my departure and ensured the price was fair for me. The bar and restaurant are also fantastic, high quality ingredients. I will certainly be back! Till next time, George

Clean room, amazing hotel, favorite bit was the view from the infinity pool, overlooking Tirana and the mountains! Breakfast was tasty too. Staff was very helpful and nice, especially Arta!

The front desk staff made my stay and experience in Tirana well worth it. Arta is an amazing professional who is direct yet polite. The pool and food at the rooftop is worth everything

The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.

The restaurant prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious. It's a bit out of town, about a 40 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast had a good selection of food, hot drinks and juices

I stayed at Hotel Deluxe in Tirana in June and had a great experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Modern, quiet hotel with a convenient location. A pleasant stay I would definitely recommend

We had a deluxe suite which had a jacuzzi bath and sauna in the room! The room itself was spacious and felt luxurious. Disappointing the jacuzzi wasn't working and the sauna didn't warm up very well
