Good hotel overall. Comfortable and with no problem with cleaningless. Not very nice, nevertheless, that in summer they are offering rooms with not well functioning air conditioning. At least our was not working, it was said but still nothing changed.

The location definitely deserves a ten out of ten but the hotel for what it offers is anything but… Tiny room, dust in the bathroom and dirty mirror. The shower was clogged becoming a pool. The air conditioning was very noisy. Lights in the room and bathroom did not work, luckily it had three different types of lights. I would not choose it for a second time

Very central but very hard to find at first, no clear indications at street level, misleading address, I had to ask locals. Once arrived, all the modern comfort, massive bathroom, availability of the staff, loads of convience shops, cafés and restaurant around, all Tirana is within a few minutes walk, really a no-brainer.

Upon arrival, I was charged more than the agreed-upon price for my reservation. They don't accept card payments, and they severely devalued my euros. During my stay, I felt like the hotel staff took every opportunity to take advantage of tourists. The rooms are clean and in an incredible location. The air quality is very poor; the interior feels very humid and cramped. I asked reception to turn on the air conditioning, but they told me it didn't work. I slept with the window open and was plagued by mosquitoes.
