Villa Zeka Hotel in Ksamil

Royal accommodation in the city of Ksamil. We had a smaller room, but that didn't bother us at all, there were only two of us. The room equipment is beautiful, simple and new. The service is excellent and pleasant. The cleaning of the room every other day was surprising. The wifi is a little weaker, but it was enough for essential things like a map and planning a trip. The shop is about 20 meters from the accommodation, the first beach is a 10-minute walk away. A 5-minute walk from the city center. Parking in the area.

Very clean and modern apartments. The owner is very polite. Big balcony , very close to the beach. I recommend!

Nice place in the quiet area by the lake, centar and the beaches was 5-10 min walking.
Lot of private parking.
The host was very nice and helpful, and they cleaning every three days.
Overall great value for money.

For the price, Villa Zeka offers a lot of value. The rooms are clean, well kept, nicely decorated, and fairly spacious for the price. All rooms have a generous outdoor area, and for us this was a balcony on the first floor.

The walk to the supermarket takes five to seven minutes, the walk to the closest beach about ten minutes. There is also a small supermarket right across the street from Villa Zeka. The rooms have a kitchenette and basic and certainly enough kitchen equipment and utensils. We had breakfast and snacks in the room.

Our main host was Anna, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Anna offered us drinks on our arrival, and when we asked for an additional chair in our room, it was provided immediately. The place seems to be family-run, and this made it homely for us. Villa Zeka is located away from the bustle of the main street in Ksamil, which was good for us, while it still is very easy to walk to the main street and the beaches.
