This hotel was very expensive for what was on offer, we paid €300 for 4 nights. The balcony view was poor, which was disappointing as we asked for a sea view, instead we got a view looking out towards a sea of concrete. Very disappointing. We spent 4 nights here and they only cleaned the room once which is very bad. The staff have no idea on how to run this place, they charged us €12 more than what we booked on booking.com but we give up arguing as their incompetence and naivety was overwhelming. The breakfast was included in the price but was bland and unhealthy. The towels were also dirty and failed to dry us at all times. We would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Cosy, quiet and modern room. Sheets and towels were changed regularly. Best features??? - Food, veranda and the menagers (Genti and Ina). The food is the best in Ksamil. If u want fresh from the see food go to Tirana Hotel. Prices are unbelievably reasonable for what u’re getting and the veranda is amazing. Loved spending the evenings there. Genti and Ina are so friendly. They make u feel welcomed and at home. The waiters are very quick to respond and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The restaurant wonderful, the staff wonderfull, the food delicious, the place very very cleaned and in a good order. Parking too. I would recommend to any one that would like to have fresh food and well cooked and delicious. I would definitely return again and again to this place.
Waiter ask from where are we. We van't get table which we want. We waited about 10min for menu. We don't have it. Waiter was just looking to us and nothing else. Never Alain in this almost restaurant.
