We chose this hotel based on reviews and the most recent ones. We had some doubts, but our experience dispelled them, and it was excellent. For me, this is the hotel that made my vacation in Albania unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is very pleasant, everything is clean, tidy, with a tasteful, elegant design and luxury at the same time. The breakfast is delicious and very varied, with sweet and savory dishes, which can be eaten by the pool overlooking the sea. The waiters are very good and pleasant. Always a smile. The food is simple, but good and not at all expensive. Impeccable cleaning, there is always someone cleaning. Beautiful rooms with incredible taste. To those who say the air conditioning doesn't work, I say they may have left the terrace door open (in this case, the air conditioning doesn't work; it's an energy-saving feature). The bathroom is beautiful, although there is no bidet, but there is a shower, super hygienic, and a giant shower. The common areas are also beautiful: the hall, the bar, the marble floors, but elegant and designer. I pass it with flying colors. A true 4-star. I've been to 4-star hotels in Italy that weren't as good, and they were probably priced differently.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights in a room with a full sea view, and I have to say the service was excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to the receptionist – I believe her name was Alesia – who was very courteous and pleasant.
The room was clean and well-equipped, and overall we had a very comfortable stay.
The only downside was the sea. Since there is a shore on the left side that leads into the sea, the water was quite cold.

The best hotel we've been in Albania on a trip of 13 days.
This hotel is unique by being away from the fuss of Sarandë promenade, yet 25 min. walk from it, and 20 min drive from Kesamil.
It has private beach with beds and umbrellas, free for hotel guests, and nice peacefull and quiet infinity pool.
The hotel is very clean, infact you see all the time workers that are cleaning the place, and it gives a great sequre enviornment.
One of the best highlight of this botique hotel, is the wonderful breakfast, ALL HAND MADE, and soooo rich and delicious, especially the pastries. The lady that bakes them is a treasure for this hotel, and all the hotel's staff is very friendly and helping.
If you want to do nice rafting adventure on the Bistrice river, then the starting as well the end point is just near the hotel, an activity that you don't to take out the car to (which is a great advantage in this area).
The Wifi was strong all over the area, and we strongly recommend to take the full see view rooms, if they are available.
The hotel also suits for reduced mobility (not sure for wheel chairs).
The only thing that was missing was to have the possibility to eat lunch snacks in the hotel/beach bar, that can save time and effort finding food for the kids.

Where do I even begin with this incredible hotel? First and foremost thanks to the kind and accommodating staff for making me and my partner feel so welcomed from the moment we walked into the reception. At one point we asked for some water at reception and the receptionist offered her own water bottle, just one example of how far they would go for their guests! Secondly, the amenities are amazing, forgot to take a picture of our room but it was spacious, includes a tv with Netflix, air conditioning, a kettle as well as soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms. The included breakfast is delicious and has something for everyone - with yummy fruits, pastries, eggs, cheeses and meats to choose from. The seating area is right next to the pool so we loved being able to go from eating then right to our sun beds in the morning. The beach is just a few steps away too, baring a cute bar, loungers, and panoramic views of the whole city. Delicious beverages served from the hotel bar and the beach bar.

nice hotel! luscious appearance! hospitable! friendly staff! very well maintained and clean! beautiful private beach that you can use for free with daily clean beach towels. music not too loud at the beach but more lounge/bosa nova. Breakfast excellent, not a crowded room but very serene. In short, you can relax here in a wonderful atmosphere. Parking behind a barrier. In addition, you can take a dip in the pool without the feeling that your belongings are being stolen. Check-in went smoothly, as did the entire stay. The room is nice and very clean and matches the photos on the booking site.

All the way from Australia we loved our stay here! The staff were lovely, the pool was perfect temperature with a gorgeous view over the beach. The room was so clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is in a great location away from the main busy parts of Sarandë. 100% recommend!

This hotel was the best part of our trip to Albania. We stayed here 6 nights. The hotel si incredibly clean, the cleaning ladies are heroes, never seen such a high standard like here. The rooms are nice and new, the pool is great with enough sunbeds and umbrellas. The private beach is a huge plus (even if a river joins the sea in that point and the water is cold). There are some underground parking spots and also between the pool and beach. The breakfast was good, but some diversity would have been nice(each morning it was the same food). Overall it was great staying here and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We cannot recommend this hotel!
During the booking, we were confirmed over the phone that we could check in at 12:00 PM. When I called the day before to confirm the check-in time, they argued with me and said I could only check in at 03:00 PM and that I would have to prove that the 12:00 PM check-in was confirmed. Since the phone call was recorded, I was able to confirm it. These complications were communicated to us very unfriendly.
I spent 6 nights with my family in this hotel. On the 1st day the elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage to the 5th floor.
On the 2nd day, the electricity went out for about an hour. In addition, we have for 3 days, there was no water for several hours, so it was not possible to use the shower and toilet.
The sockets were not securely attached and many were out when using them.
The bench on the terrace was damaged, so there was a risk of injury. In addition, the window front on the terrace was not secured in two places, so the railing was not firmly attached, so there was a further risk of injury.
When closing the curtains, the whole bar fell on the floor and almost hurt my toddler's head.
When I reported this incident to the reception, I was assured of a craftsman who only came after 8 hours. No apologies were given for the incident, nor was any compensation offered.
When I took a small towel to the beach for my little son and it then got dirty, I was asked to pay a 20€ "fine".
After all the incidents, I asked to speak to the manager. The employee responsible for the reception said it wasn't possible because he wasn't there. When I happened to meet the manager on the last day and explained the problems to him, he seemed very uninterested and said “not everyone has to be happy"
The only thing that the hotel can be credited with is the cleanliness of the hard-working cleaning staff who clean every day from morning to evening and the friendly employee Pancho.
Save your time and money. There are plenty of other hotels in sarandë that have better facilities and definitely have 100 times better service!

I am here for 3 days and I can say that, everything is perfect. The hotel is very beautiful and the food is very good. The guys from staf very friendly and daily the rooms are cleaned. If you stay on this hotel, you have private beach with sunbeds included and towel for the pool and beach, all these in the price that you paid.

Great hotel, with amazing staff and nice rooms! The location at the beach is great. You have an amazing view from the pool and easily access the beach (sun beds included). The beach it self is nice. However there are even more beautiful beaches in the area.
