Contrarily to other comments, I had a great experience at this place. We spent the day and rented 2 sunbeds and umbrella for 15€, had nice drinks and food. The price was cheaper than at other restaurants nearby. The staff was really friendly. It was not crowded at all! I would recommend coming at the end of the season when the prices are back to normal, it’s still sunny and warm enough, and no longer...

Really stunning beach. 2500lek for a 2 beds with a umbrella. Staff are very friendly. Two beers were 600lek. We come here every year. They serve good food. Have good music, not too loud. Has proper toilets (didn’t last year) which were moderately clean (it’s a beach at the end of the day, it is not going to be perfect) and they had plenty of paper. Parking is nice and easy

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We paid like 147€ for 3 nights, including the breakfast during July. The room was tidy and clean. However, it would be much better if they had a functional TV with a bigger size and more distance between the toilet and the shower cabin or maybe put a shower curtain. The Ac was cooling the room fast.

Super clean family run hotel, spacious and comfortable, central.

This is a gem of a place with what we think is the best location in Ksamil only 100 meters to many of the best beaches and restaurants. Very clean, modern spacious rooms. It is located next to a mosque so there is early morning call to prayer but this is not disturbing, at least not for us.

I have been several times at Hotel Golden, the last time one week ago. We have always had a great time. It is a new hotel in a central location, few minutes by the sea and restaurants, impeccably clean but above all Eranda and the managing staff are super helpful and attentive. Definitely recommended!

They are nice people, don't speak much English but we managed somehow to understand each other. I booked the room by phone and was cheaper than on other apps. When I arrived everything was clean but I spent there 6 nights and they cleaned my room just once, they haven't change the towels and two mornings in row they woke me up at 7 am by slamming the doors. But after all everything was decent!

Lovely hotel, right by the sea. We had a room with a balcony and even a sea view. It's located on a busy main road, but the rooms are well-insulated; we weren't bothered by it. Within walking distance of the bustling town center. A comprehensive breakfast buffet, albeit served in Albanian style. The owner is (almost) always present and more than friendly and helpful.

The house is very well made, the rooms are big with a good location on the terraces. The air conditioners are powerful enough to cool the room even in the hottest weather. The kitchen equipment is defective. The only recommendation is not to turn off the refrigerator when there is no presence in the room.

Arturs Hotel and restaurant is on a beautiful little beach just before going into Ksamil. The people were very friendly, professional and helpful and we felt very cared for. I had an amazing and unforgettable experience in this hotel! The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the housekeeping was very attentive every day and had the eye for the details. I stayed only 1 night at this great place. The location and rooms are amazing. The view was breathtaking. What I loved most was the staff. I forgot an envelope with money in the drawer and left the hotel and already did check out. I called them later on that day and they found it and kept it for me for 4 days until I arrived to pick it up. I am so thankful for that.

Modern hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. However far from being a 4 star hotel: poor breakfast, very tiny and not convenient room ( bathroom has even no space for hang a beauty-case), no facilities (only little bar in the garage where serve breakfast), bad Wi-if connection, private beach at 2km far and we learnt only once there. For this price or even less you can find way better deal around.
