A fabulous family owned property that offered me a lovely chilled out place to relax and stay after travelling across Europe.
Spotlessly clean , rooms cleaned daily. Hotel grounds kept spotless all day long.
Pool and pool area fabulous and they seem to attract a lovely mix of guests making for a pleasant stay.
I would highly recommend this place and love the idea of coming here again. Great Job JB.

Stayed 2 nights and was satisfied. Had a nice chat with the owner and enjoyed the pool. Hotel is 10-15 min from the boulevard so no need to get the car where you can not find parking. Good value of money

My wife and I have been staying here for 1 week now.
We extended our stay for a second week as we are so happy here.
We have spoken with other tourists in Seranda and know that this hotel is excellent for the price, compared to others.
What we like?
A lovely pool surrounded by trees and plants.
A clean room, comfy beds and spacious balcony.
A substantial tasty buffet breakfast included in price.
A bar which serves great value drinks.
Most of all, run by a lovely pleasant family, who leave you alone, but are always there to help if needed.
Will definitely be recommending.
We extended our stay for a second week as we are so happy here.

The hotel is located close to the heart of Sarande (15 minute walk down the hill). The staff were friendly and welcoming! Plenty of space for parking and is very easy to find.
The hotel does the job and is good value for money. The pool is a good spot to relax with a decent amount of loungers. The bathrooms in the hotel are very small and dated, if the bathrooms were improved, the hotel would be a little gem.

Very nice hotel, super friendly staff and a superstar dog Alfi to welcome us. Nice breakfast, with many choices every morning. The swimming pool is great to stay and is pretty big. It has comfortable sunbeds around.
There is private parking in front of the hotel, which makes it easy to come and go. But also walking is a good option to go to the beautiful beaches Sarandë has to offer. Had the best stay here, would really love to come again. The rooms are really good, affordable and all you need.

+ JB it's a small family business , you can understand that direct as you get inside . The stuff is very friendly and helpful.
Their rooms are nice decorated and large . ( although the toilet is not that comfortable , it would be great if there was more space ).
They have daily housekeeping although the prices are very small for this hotel . The area round swimming pool is large and comfortable.
Definitely a recommended place . For sure come back again .

Pizza is very good and there are all kinds of. Nice place and nice view. Service is good, very friendly. Free wifi.
