Hotel Havana in Sarande

Our stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay.

However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly.

Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Would return.

Very clean, newly refurbished, daily cleaning, spacious. Local to amenities, beachclubs. Ideal spot for everything at Sarande.

Only recommendation: breakfast was very poor. Not many options. Presentation wasn't very great so not appealing.

Also balcony walls were darkened and levelled at eye level so it was annoying. Can't see out and chairs not comfortable so wasn't convenient sitting at balcony.

Every room has a balcony,not sure about the sea view(its the second line)-but I was lucky enough.Very good wifi- works like a clock.Empty working fridge,new towels every day,good breakfast- dishes changing every day,still may be more salads.and only one type of coffee.one of the cheapest shops across the street and turn left

The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea anyway.
