Kraal Hotel in Vlore

I think this is a great place to stay in Vlorë. The staff were very helpful & friendly, the room was cleaned every day to a high standard and the location was great. The pool also looked nice and there were always sunbeds available (we came in September). The reason I didn’t give it 5 star was that we were told the construction on the beach was finished via chat when we booked however we arrived and there was still construction on the beach. Also the lift was very noisy through the night from our room that we had been kindly upgraded to a room with a sea view so unsure if it was just this room in particular as it was next to the lifts. Finally, I think the breakfast lets the place down a little - I think quality over quantity should apply to the breakfast selections. That’s just my opinion though - other people may disagree! Overall very happy with the experience and would recommend to others! Is close to a whole strip of beach clubs as well as being close to the main strip via foot. Also approx 30-40 mins walking distance to the old town which is nice but also very easy to get taxis.

On arrival they upgraded our room for no charge because we have a young baby.
The room was very nice and clean with all amenities.

The hotel is exactly what you want from vacation hotel but in wrong location. Rooms are clean, king size bed, free drinks and with amazing sea view with mountain on the background. Pool is big enough for many people with smaller one for kids. Don't have high expectations for breakfast and dinner but it's ok. We tried dinner open buffet once for 20 Euros per person.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Amara on reception and Simon on the pool bar and beach . Breakfast had a good variety of options and the Pizza was delicious.

The hotel location is very good. Close to the beach, center and promenade. The staff working at the reception were lovely, helpful and very welcoming. The hotel room is modern and quite large. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are amazing. It's just a shame that the rooms were not soundproofed during the construction.
The hotel has a large enough pool and its own beach area.
Beach towels are provided by the hotel.
Breakfast is a little varied but completely sufficient.
The waitresses working in the restaurant are friendly and humorous - thank you.
To sum up, I can say that the entire hotel staff is very friendly and works hard to make the guest's stay comfortable. You are good hosts.

I had a really good stay at Kraal. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The recepsionist at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. It’s always nice when someone at the front desk actually seems happy to help. Made everything easy. Would totally stay here again!

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely visit again!

Awesome smiling and helpful staff. Delicious food, terrific service. I have eaten dinner there and grabbed coffee and a croissant there multiple times and I have always felt welcomed by their energetic team. The fredo cappuccino is delicious and the pasta with shrimp was tasty as well. There is a beautiful lobby there that is huge and there are lots of chairs and couches to sit at as well as outside chairs and couches. I will try their pizza sometime soon. I believe that their dinner is mostly available from 7pm-9pm which is when I normally showed up.

Checking inn was easy thru very professional front desk staff, very nice guy offered help with begs to our room! Room was clean, modern! We took the breakfast and dinner deal and we really enjoyed it! Food was mostly traditional Albanian with plenty of other options!
The pool was great for our kids, they had a blast! Staff there was also professional and friendly!
Andri the bar server went above and beyond to fulfill the needs of my children and I appreciate that! Overall I enjoyed the hotel and everything that came with it.
