Les Pardines 1819 Mountain Suites & Spa in Encamp

What a fantastic place to unwind from our shopping in Andorra leaving Vella. Big shout out to Carolina who made us most welcome. Excellent restaurant & a fantastic walk nearby to a wonderful lake.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this charming, small boutique hotel. We have visited Andorra a number of times and in many respects this is now our favourite place to stay.  It is located up a twisting road, some 2.5 kms from the Encamp Cable Car station. If coming here in winter for skiing, I might hesitate at having to drive up the hill in icey conditions. However the hotel does operate a courtesy bus for guests, twice daily.   Our room was clean, modern and fitted out to a high standard. There is a room safe, WiFi and complimentary water, but surprisingly, no tea making facilities. We will bring a travel kettle with us next time.  One of the highlights for us was the quality of the meals in the restaurant. Plus also an excellent wine list. If we stay here again, we would stay longer and eat in. Hopefully the menu changes on a regular basis.  Service was excellent, as it was throughout the hotel. Whilst you would feel uncomfortable, eating your evening meal, in shorts and a t-shirt,  the dress code can best be described as relaxed and informal. The weather during our stay was hot and sunny. We made the most of this by going off on some very pleasant walks. Some of these started close to the hotel and the team there were happy to make suggestions and give directions.  In summary, we will return again but for a longer stay.

Insanely good. If you’re not planning to go to Andorra (yet), then do so for the sake of visiting Les Pardines. This beautifully designed hotel is owned by the nicest local farmers family. You’ll come back from your stay as a new person, with a super comfi rooms, a cozy spa and Bob Ross-like views. Also: we visited off-season (September) which we highly recommend!

It is an extraordinary mountain hotel with the maximum comforts in an idyllic setting and with all the services taken care of in detail, the bed, the smell of the soaps, the lighting, the cleanliness and a wonderful restaurant. Apart from the friendliness and attention of all the service and its owners.

Really good. I don't give a maximum mark because in room 16 the toilet door is upside down. These are important details that must be taken care of at certain levels
