It all started when, instead of a twin room, we were given a king-size bed. They couldn't change the beds, but they did provide an extra blanket upon request. For three days, the room wasn't cleaned once, with no indication that this was the norm. There was no bottled water in the room, but the refrigerator door was cluttered with paid drinks and snacks. The place is very beautiful, the view is excellent, but the rooms are very bad. There are a lot of insects inside the room, and this is unacceptable. There are spiders, bugs, and various insects. Also the rooms are very old and worn out. A hotel in this location should pay more attention to these details because the price is not low.

This is an ok hotel with a big well kept area, a good pool, a lot of green and facility for kids' entertainment. It was a small apartment. The staff was very attentive. The clientele is rather Armenian, which gives the hotel its authenticity. Full board buffet was included in the price. A game room with billiards and table tennis is a place where children can share a moment. The pool is very nice, albeit a little cold.

The hostel is ok for one night. However, I strongly advise not to rent a bicycle at the Lake Sevan Hostel. The bicycles are old and somehow malfunctioning. Gears don't work well, and the saddle is not stable. To me, it's definitely not worth AMD 5'000.- a day. I reported these defaults to the owner of the hostel. He rejected all critics against his bicycles and declared they were fair enough for tourists...
