It all started when, instead of a twin room, we were given a king-size bed. They couldn't change the beds, but they did provide an extra blanket upon request. It was a small apartment. The staff was very attentive. The clientele is rather Armenian, which gives the hotel its authenticity. Full board buffet was included in the price. A game room with billiards and table tennis is a place where children can share a moment. The pool is very nice, albeit a little cold.

The hostel is ok for one night. However, I strongly advise not to rent a bicycle at the Lake Sevan Hostel. The bicycles are old and somehow malfunctioning. Gears don't work well, and the saddle is not stable. To me, it's definitely not worth AMD 5'000.- a day. I reported these defaults to the owner of the hostel. He rejected all critics against his bicycles and declared they were fair enough for tourists...
