This guesthouse is spectacular! The hosts were super nice and welcoming we felt like at home. Not to mention the food, amazing! Highly recommend people to stay here. Rooms are also very comfortable and cosy. Love it!

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice. However, as it was low season, no other tourists were around. Also there was no reception and so on. So we didnt find the 'amazing hospitality' which was described in other reviews. Besides this, no complains!! They did provide us a breakfast-to-go on our final day, which was very kind. Thanks for having us!

We stayed for two nights at this guesthouse near the center of Gyumri. Everywhere was very, very clean, and the host was very friendly and helped us in every way they could.

I had a wonderful stay here with my dad, Uncle and cousin. We were greeted by our host Hracha who welcome us with some lovely Cognac. Room and facilites were great and very close to the city centre. Hacha was always there for us whenever we needed anything. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I stayed here 3 nights in the private room w/ a private bathroom and everything was perfect. The guy who runs the place is super nice and was there to welcome me with some local wine and explain everything. It was a great pleasure. First of all let me start with saying that Walkability is just amazing 7-8 minutes from Railway Station and 10-12 minutes to the heart of Gyumri. Second, The owner is just amazing since the beginning we felt like we are home. Showed us in a great "Gyumri" manner. Beautiful traditional homestay on the hills near Yerevan center. Hrie and her family are wonderful hosts, very helpful. She cooks a different breakfast every morning (I stayed for more than a week). For some taxi drivers it’s not easy to find, but most were ok. Walking distance to old Norq and the excellent Keghar winery.

Nice place, wonderful service!

I was looking for homemade wine, showed this place, bought a red semi sweet, and was impressed!

We spent one night and one day into Yeganyans wine yard. We had such a nice moment, our hosts were so nice and friendly, the diner and the wine were very good ! It’s only 20 mn by car from Yerevan so it’s nice to spend some time there to have a quiet moment in the countryside. I also recommend to go by walk to the 2 monasteries near to : Hovhannavank and Saghmosavank. I recommend 100% this place.

The place is very close to the center, but it's rather expensive (20 000 drahms per night), considering the poor quality of the rooms. Friendly people from the service are a great advantage.

The rooms are quite acceptable and the location is good. The breakfast could have been better.

Pros: Relatively inexpensive, very close to the university, which is convenient when you're visiting on business. The rooms are quite comfortable, and the wifi works. Cons: Breakfast is limited in terms of selection and repetitive. Cash only.

The guest house is very nice. I came for a conference and was given a great welcome. I recommend it.

Staff is friendly,but space is not really clean. It is clean enogh,but there are places where you can find dust . Also it is noisy around+ there is some specific smell around

Clean rooms, propper breakfast and a very friendly host for a fair price. If you plan to visite Alaverdi I highly recommend the Palma B&B. Good hiking can be found close by if you are into that ;)

Very nice place to stay. The swimming pool is very enjoyable during the hot days! The host is very nice, smiling and accommodating! I totally recommend this b&b!

The city of Alaverdi was very old and the roads are very uncomfortable and full of slit pits but this house guest really is like a paradise in the old city. It shines between very old buildings with beautiful garden yard and beautiful building. The owners were very nice and friendly and all rooms and beds are very clean and smells well

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Bathroom is shared with the host family. Everybody was very welcoming and friendly. Pool didn’t look too inviting, which is why we did not try it. Breakfast was good and plenty.
