A new guesthouse. Everything is clean and new. The rooms have standard amenities and are quite spacious. The bathroom is clean. It's close to the main road. Breakfast is not included in the price, but I recommend ordering it on site because it's very good, varied, and plentiful. It's prepared and served by the hostess. Hot eggs, vegetables, fruit, various types of bread, pancakes, jams, and cheeses...

Nice guesthouse The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was located in the corridor but was spacious and clean also. The host shared some advice regarding the hike and was friendly. Good place for a one night stay.

Clean rooms with great views of Mount Ararat and Yerevan. The host family is very nice and accommodating. The bathroom is shared with other guests. The ceiling height of the bathroom is very low. People taller than 190cm must crouch.

Nice place to spend a weekend if you plan to hike to Aragats. Quite close to the observatory.

We stayed with our family for a few days in the summer... An unparalleled choice for both family vacations and friendly or collective vacations. Rich nature with its wild and soulful charm. A wonderful welcome, simple, human care for guests, modest, non-binding and relaxing conditions, spacious area. A must-see and make sure. I would recommend visiting especially for nature lovers.

It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. The guest house is located in a beautiful, quiet, picturesque place. Not far from the bus stop. Very hospitable hosts. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Snow-white bed linen and towels. The rooms are clean. We really liked the breakfasts. We liked everything very much.

We stayed for 6 days. The flight was rescheduled and we had to check in very early, the hostess of the house - Gayone, greeted us very warmly. She showed us around, settled us in, answered all our questions. She advised us where to have lunch, where to go and helped us book a cheap transfer to Yerevan. Beautiful garden with a great view The website doesn't do the hotel justice. Really beautiful view and a nice garden. The landlord was incredibly nice and sent us off with the best breakfast.

We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse. Very friendly staff. The guesthouse allowed us to do early check-in at 6 AM in the morning. The breakfast is served between 9 AM-10:30 AM. However, the caretaker lady kept breakfast for us upon request so that we could wake up late and still enjoy the breakfast. The hotel is 10 km from the city centre. However, the nearest bus stop is just 2 mins of walking...

Not only a great location, but a welcoming and lovely guesthouse. Room was spacious and impeccably clean. 24 hour access to kitchen with coffee, tea, and treats. Lusine was extremely helpful with special requests. Was one of the many highlights of my time in Yerevan.

A lovely place to stay and relax. Hosts are very caring and warm. We had delicious and nutritious breakfast. The place has also a little museum of old models of telephones, with embroided ceiling. This is a small guesthouse with a fairly convenient location that allows you to walk to the center of Yerevan. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. You can use the washing machine in the shared bathroom (there was also a bathroom in the room). The breakfasts were magnificent. This was our first trip to this beautiful country. We were greeted graciously from the door, setting the mood for the entire vacation. This place is amazing, if you are in doubt about booking it just go for it! Simple but comfy and cozy! The host is the best host ever! We arrived very early (8am) and the room was occupied but she let us stay comfortable in the living room and gave us free breakfast!! It is very rare to stay in a hotel with this price and service in Gyumri. The environment is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. It is the best choice!

Loved this hostel/hotel, small, freindly and quiet at night. Tea and coffee making facilities and nice courtyard to sit and eat in. And there is a freindly dog. Close to Supermarket and banks and the minibus stops out side 100dram in to the center or you can walk it about an hour and a quarter. Armenia b&b is a wonderful quiet place to rest and rejuvenate during a stay in Dilijan. The team is wonderful, kind and give great recommendations. The property is lush with fruit trees and plants. They provide tasty breakfast, with a spectacular view of the forest. It's a great location that is walkable for Old Dilijan, just steps away from the beautiful park. Great price to value. The hosts were lovely, the place was clean and nice, the location was very good, close to restaurants and parks. The breakfast was delicious homemade and versatile. We were visiting with baby and the first day the hosts learned that our baby loves boiled eggs and brought some special farmer eggs just for her. It was such a lovely gesture.

Very nice location a long the road in the town. We had one of the rooms in the back yard. We had dinner over there, and vegetarian was not a problem. We paid 6000 for two persons dinner. (Could be more if you have meat? The room itself was quite big with table and chairs and TV. We plugged in our USB drive for series.
