We stayed with our family for a few days in the summer... An unparalleled choice for both family vacations and friendly or collective vacations. Rich nature with its wild and soulful charm. A wonderful welcome, simple, human care for guests, modest, non-binding and relaxing conditions, spacious area. A must-see and make sure. I would recommend visiting especially for nature lovers.

It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. The guest house is located in a beautiful, quiet, picturesque place. Not far from the bus stop. Very hospitable hosts. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Snow-white bed linen and towels. The rooms are clean. We really liked the breakfasts. We liked everything very much.

We stayed for 6 days. The flight was rescheduled and we had to check in very early, the hostess of the house - Gayone, greeted us very warmly. She showed us around, settled us in, answered all our questions. She advised us where to have lunch, where to go and helped us book a cheap transfer to Yerevan. Beautiful garden with a great view The website doesn't do the hotel justice. Really beautiful view and a nice garden. The landlord was incredibly nice and sent us off with the best breakfast.

Loved the peaceful environment. We had a twin room that met our expectations. Sevak and his family were attentive to our need and for a fee we had a hearty balanced breakfast and Sevak drove us to popular sites in Armenia. The Pandok restaurant up the hill was our highlight, their fresh meaty dishes satisfied a need we didn't know we had.

A new guesthouse. Everything is clean and new. The rooms have standard amenities and are quite spacious. The bathroom is clean. It's close to the main road. Breakfast is not included in the price, but I recommend ordering it on site because it's very good, varied, and plentiful. It's prepared and served by the hostess. We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2. The service and maintenance are excellent. The hotel facilities are in perfect condition, everything works, everything is clean and atmospheric. Home cooking is prepared at the guest's request.

I would definitely recommend this guesthouse. Very friendly staff. The guesthouse allowed us to do early check-in at 6 AM in the morning. The breakfast is served between 9 AM-10:30 AM. However, the caretaker lady kept breakfast for us upon request so that we could wake up late and still enjoy the breakfast. The hotel is 10 km from the city centre. Not only a great location, but a welcoming and lovely guesthouse. Room was spacious and impeccably clean. 24 hour access to kitchen with coffee, tea, and treats. Lusine was extremely helpful with special requests. Was one of the many highlights of my time in Yerevan.

This is a small guesthouse with a fairly convenient location that allows you to walk to the center of Yerevan. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. It was my second visit to this place. I liked the place very much. It is calm and at the same time near central part of the city. It has a very beautiful garden. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The house itself is beautifully decorated, the room is clean, comfortable, and stylish. The breakfasts are very varied and filling; we couldn't finish our meals even once. There's a communal kitchen with a fridge that everyone can use.

The staff was always smiling and friendly. The room didn't have a window, so it felt a bit cramped, but it was clean and the towels were fluffy. The location was also convenient, closer to Republic Square.

We stayed from February 4 to February 11, 2024. In the city center, within the Ring Boulevard. Within walking distance of many shops, cafes and restaurants. And many other interesting things - I will not list them. Compact rooms with amenities and very polite staff.

The toilet and shower are on the same floor. There's no heating. The room has gas heating, but the owner refuses to raise the temperature, even if you ask. They only accept cash. It's hard to find. There's a kitchen. Drinking water and candy are provided. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Friendly hosts, affordable, and you can use the kitchen. The shared bathroom would be fine, but I was unpleasantly surprised that it's a separate building that's constantly ventilated, meaning it's VERY COLD to shower there in the fall. And there's the inconvenience of having to put on shoes and a jacket to go to the bathroom. The bed is a bit "wooden," but it's comfortable. There are shops and a bakery...

Loved this hostel/hotel, small, freindly and quiet at night. Tea and coffee making facilities and nice courtyard to sit and eat in. And there is a freindly dog. Close to Supermarket and banks and the minibus stops out side 100dram in to the center or you can walk it about an hour and a quarter. Great price to value. The hosts were lovely, the place was clean and nice, the location was very good, close to restaurants and parks. The breakfast was delicious homemade and versatile. We were visiting with baby and the first day the hosts learned that our baby loves boiled eggs and brought some special farmer eggs just for her. It was such a lovely gesture.

Very nice location a long the road in the town. We had one of the rooms in the back yard. We had dinner over there, and vegetarian was not a problem. We paid 6000 for two persons dinner. (Could be more if you have meat? The room itself was quite big with table and chairs and TV. We plugged in our USB drive for series.
