5 hours early, gave us a corner room with a gorgeous view, and gave us champagne to celebrate our honeymoon

The view and location is perfect for nature enthusiasts with pine trees and mountains at every corner

The hotel also has lovely interiors, is a minute's walk from the city's main mineral spring, offers delicious breakfasts and dinners, tennis and billiards, and a huge pool with a spa area

We stayed in Fellinger overall nice experience. The staffs specially Armeni at reception and Kausar and the room service man in evening was v nice. Even the lady at the spa was v friendly

They assisted and helped out a lot making stay pleasant. But at the same time I had a v bad experience on 27th morning before 9 am with the man at reception names Gevor I guess

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the hotel itself didn't leave much of an impression

Don’t expect a 5-star hotel for less than the price of a McDonald's meal, but do know that you’ll be surrounded by people like Armini (housekeeping), Rafu (security), and another security guard whose name I can’t remember, as well as the cook – all so pleasant

You’ll have a great time, with breakfast included, and people always willing to help without expecting anything in return. I just want to thank the manager and staff of this wonderful place

A very well-located place near the center of Yerevan, where, despite it being my first time but my wife’s third, we felt very comfortable and as if we were at home

The house is located in the open, surrounded by beautiful wildlife, on the banks of a shallow mountain river! The guesthouse is surrounded by a large garden with a variety of fruitful trees and more! The town is just 2 kilometers away along a dirt road, easily accessible in a regular sedan! The first grocery store is 3-4 kilometers away! Two UNESCO World Heritage Sites are within walking distance!...

Please be aware that other animals may also inhabit the wild, although they never come near the immediate area of ​​the guesthouse! However, the activity of various wild animals is quite noticeable! In the evenings and at night, the howling of jackals can be heard

Went here for a 30-minute spa treatment and had a blast. While the staff don't speak English, the receptionist does and can help explain the complicated treatments.

You have to drive yourself to this hotel, otherwise it is difficult to get there

We book this hotel not for the first time, very satisfied. There is something to see around the hotel, monuments of Armenia. Many shops and cafes near the hotel. Taxi to the airport, 16 minutes drive

The location of the hotel is good (eating, bus, taxi right by the hotel, major touristic sites in walking distance). The check-in at 4am worked without problems

Pleasant impressions of the hotel. The staff is polite. The bed is comfortable. There is a kettle and everything you need in the bathroom.

The room was fine; only the lighting at the beds could be improved. Good value for the price and generous check-out time of 12pm

We asked if we could bring food to our room so our pet wouldn't be alone in an unfamiliar place, but they refused. Also, they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes in the rooms

Each floor has its own elaborate decoration so you are never bored and you feel that you live in an interesting place. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help in any way possible

I also really liked the location: very close to the center where all the main restaurants and shops are, and yet a little up on the hill in a quiet area (also giving you an opportunity to exercise a little when walking up to the hotel after a full dinner :)

The breakfast was good and filling. Short walk to town for the restaurants and shops, the forest is right behind for a walk

This is a very special hotel in Tsaghkadzor. I suppose it was originally built and decorated in the Soviet time and probably was outright luxurious at the time. Now it is not luxurious but stylish and classy

A really lovely hotel that surpassed my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel has lots of amazing artwork inside, with lots of areas to explore and find a peaceful spot to relax

A few small points could be improved: in mid-September there was no heating, and it quickly felt cold after stepping out of the shower. In addition, the breakfast and dinner buffet lacked a bit of variety

Our stay at Comuna Sevan was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible hospitality — a huge thank you to Davit, the manager, who made us feel right at home and took care of every detail with such kindness, attention and patience

Especially I recommend the fish from the local fishermen. The tents were beyond cozy — beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and offering breathtaking views over Lake Sevan. Waking up to that scenery was truly magical

On top of all that, the setting is truly picturesque and beautiful, the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature in comfort. We highly recommend Comuna Sevan for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay!
