A very nice place with great value for money, perfectly located, amazing view from the room to the city and the mountains. The team is kind and friendly. The rooms offer good comfort, and the breakfast is very rich, diverse, and complete. The hotel has a slightly old-fashioned style, but it adds a lot of charm. The sauna and swimming pool are included, which is a real bonus.

It's the biggest hotel in Yerevan in terms of rooms and it's a relic from the Soviet times, but since then they've refurbished it, although it still gas a Soviet era feel.

The room is spacious and comes with a paid minibar. I would definitely book here again next time. The only downside is that the street in front is very narrow, making vehicle access a bit difficult. However, the breakfast was abundant and varied.

We stayed for 7 nights at Holiday Inn Yerevan. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The sleep quality was very good, with comfortable beds ensuring proper rest. However, housekeeping service needs improvement, as it did not consistently meet expectations. Overall, a good stay with a great location advantage.

The hotel has a great location near the republic square, the service is great, shops and stores are a walking distance. All city attraction are 10-15min from the hotel. The staff is great, i asked for a late checkout it was so easy, they were very welcoming.

Stayed for a week there in March, rooms are clean but definitely smaller than they seem on photos. Housekeeping is regular and spa center is great. However I mentioned in my booking that I have a birthday and they didn’t do anything about it. I wasn’t expecting gifts but a congratulations call would be nice (that’s what clients service does in hotels of this category) So all in all this ruined my impressions...

This is not our first time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are varied.

A good hotel in the city center. It's worth the 5,000 rubles/night. The reception staff and maids are excellent. The decor is a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The rear of the hotel overlooks an unsightly courtyard—keep that in mind.

Located in a busy street with heavy traffic and smog. We were upgraded to a huge two-bathroom suite, which was much appreciated, but the toilet seat was broken and shaky. The room was clean, but the heater made a terrible noise, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel’s location was close to Republic Square, but it was right next to a busy street, and the windows weren’t soundproof, so the traffic noise kept me up all night. The breakfast was average. Overall, if I visit Yerevan again, I’d rather spend more and stay at a better hotel.

Friendly and fast service, spacious room but despite being a non-smoker room previous guests must have smoked. Breakfast offers wide variety of food and is ok - nothing special to mention. For small budget a good option.

Metropol Hotel in Yerevan truly feels like a 5-star stay. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully decorated, and feel luxurious. I especially loved the decor—it really gives a high-end, elegant vibe. The sauna was an amazing bonus. Highly recommend.

I stayed one night over the weekend. The location was very convenient, close to Republic Square. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, there was construction work going on in part of the hotel, and the construction noise was loud from morning to night, making it difficult to sleep.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the room lighting was rather dim, the bed was comfortable, and there was some noise from the water pressure at midnight. Please be aware of this!

Comfortable, and fairly clean. The staff were very friendly. The room was a bit small, but it's very close to the city center, just a few minutes' walk. Check-out is strictly at 12 PM, and check-in isn't until 3 PM, though usually it's 2 PM. I would recommend it.

Very nice hotel which combines modern style and old teaditions. Owner family famous for traditional carpet manufacturing. They have collection which pieces they shoewd in hotel hall . Also rooms are dexorated with carpets. This is unique and presents you armenian culture in details.

Unfortunately, this once-wonderful historic hotel has lost its charm—it needs renovations and staffing at the reception. The breakfast menu was good, and the chef and waiters worked very hard.

I recommend it. It's a normal, clean hotel, needs renovation. It's in the center and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.About room: water, coffee, and tea are brought to the room every day, and there is an electric kettle.The towels were a bit old but clean and were changed every day. Except that the lights have problems and keep flickering and turning off and that once the waiter made a mistake and once the waiter made a mistake and gave the electric key to two Sharif rooms with the same code and we were really shocked when a stranger entered the room in the middle of the night and the manager never apologized or even compensated us for anything. We didn't have any 😅🤣

A good hotel with spacious rooms. I especially want to highlight the breakfast – a great selection of variously prepared vegetables and salads, all very delicious. My only suggestion would be to add a water cooler on each floor. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel isn't a 4-star hotel. The breakfasts are very poor (we were there in November, perhaps due to the low tourist traffic). The location isn't very convenient (it's quite far from the center). The bathroom doesn't have a heated towel rail, and it's very damp—everything dries poorly. The windows don't open, so there's no fresh air. It's very smoky.

The hotel is excellent: new rooms, clean rooms, all amenities (soap, shower gel, slippers, dental kit, shoe polish, tea set, kettle, water). Breakfasts are delicious. Caucasus hotel is a very nice place and a good choice despite the fact that it's not in the center of Yerevan. The staff is very helpful ,welcoming and always ready to assist regardless of the lack of English language. Highly recommended 👌

Overall experience is 5 rating; however, I would rate 2 to the staff. What’s most important in-service industry is the way the staff responds to the guest. From front desk to room cleaner, everyone has a rude attitude, in short, they must learn how to talk.
