This is a small guesthouse with a fairly convenient location that allows you to walk to the center of Yerevan. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. You can use the washing machine in the shared bathroom (there was also a bathroom in the room). The breakfasts were magnificent. This was our first trip to this beautiful country. We were greeted graciously from the door, setting the mood for the entire vacation. The owner of the house, Arpine, prepared a cozy room with all the amenities and a colorful view of the yard, where you could see the family dog, who delighted with her appearance every morning. This place is amazing, if you are in doubt about booking it just go for it! Simple but comfy and cozy! The host is the best host ever! We arrived very early (8am) and the room was occupied but she let us stay comfortable in the living room and gave us free breakfast!! The accommodation is very nice, beautiful, quiet, and spotlessly clean. It's brand new, and the staff are extremely helpful. They bring breakfast to the room. Maybe it's because of the timing, but since we were staying, they brought us something special as soon as we arrived: cake, fruit, and hot chocolate. A lovely place to stay and relax. Hosts are very caring and warm. We had delicious and nutritious breakfast. The place has also a little museum of old models of telephones, with embroided ceiling. It was my second visit to this place. I liked the place very much. It is calm and at the same time near central part of the city. It has a very beautiful garden. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very tasty. The hosts were very organized, polite and helpful. Thank them very much.

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The house itself is beautifully decorated, the room is clean, comfortable, and stylish. The breakfasts are very varied and filling; we couldn't finish our meals even once. There's a communal kitchen with a fridge that everyone can use.

The staff was always smiling and friendly. The room didn't have a window, so it felt a bit cramped, but it was clean and the towels were fluffy. The location was also convenient, closer to Republic Square.

We stayed from February 4 to February 11, 2024. In the city center, within the Ring Boulevard. Within walking distance of many shops, cafes and restaurants. And many other interesting things - I will not list them. Compact rooms with amenities and very polite staff.

The toilet and shower are on the same floor. There's no heating. The room has gas heating, but the owner refuses to raise the temperature, even if you ask. They only accept cash. It's hard to find. There's a kitchen. Drinking water and candy are provided. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Friendly hosts, affordable, and you can use the kitchen. The shared bathroom would be fine, but I was unpleasantly surprised that it's a separate building that's constantly ventilated, meaning it's VERY COLD to shower there in the fall. And there's the inconvenience of having to put on shoes and a jacket to go to the bathroom. The bed is a bit "wooden," but it's comfortable. There are shops and a bakery...

One of the Best Guest houses in Stepanavan. Nice and clean rooms, helpful host. Great location. 5min by car to Stepanavan.

If you are traveling to stepanavan...I will suggest you to stay in grand canyon, very quiet, refreshing ,clean & cozy place to live.According to the price..rooms & service is absolutely great. ❤️ 🌿🌳

Everything was nice — beautiful nature, very fresh air, peaceful surroundings. The room was a bit cold for staying with a baby, but they kindly provided a heater. They even gave us a crib, which wasn’t included by default — very thoughtful. Clean and cozy little house overall. Suggestion for the owners: it would be helpful to coordinate parking arrangements in advance to avoid any confusion or awkward...

Loved this hostel/hotel, small, freindly and quiet at night. Tea and coffee making facilities and nice courtyard to sit and eat in. And there is a freindly dog. Close to Supermarket and banks and the minibus stops out side 100dram in to the center or you can walk it about an hour and a quarter. Armenia b&b is a wonderful quiet place to rest and rejuvenate during a stay in Dilijan. The team is wonderful, kind and give great recommendations. The property is lush with fruit trees and plants. Great price to value. The hosts were lovely, the place was clean and nice, the location was very good, close to restaurants and parks. The breakfast was delicious homemade and versatile. We were visiting with baby and the first day the hosts learned that our baby loves boiled eggs and brought some special farmer eggs just for her. It was such a lovely gesture.

Very nice location a long the road in the town. We had one of the rooms in the back yard. We had dinner over there, and vegetarian was not a problem. We paid 6000 for two persons dinner. (Could be more if you have meat? The room itself was quite big with table and chairs and TV. We plugged in our USB drive for series.

I stayed in the station guest house in Gyumri for one night on my way to Georgia. It's very new and clean, with big rooms and nice showers/washrooms. The owner and management are super friendly and helped me to book the mashrutka to Georgia for the next day and even accompanied me to the bus station and made sure everything was ok. This hotel sits in a cozy location and is operated by a very friendly. Melineh‘s breakfast and dinner were amazing. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom leave no desires open. Living room is comfortable too :) would always come here again.

It's ok here. A little dated, but the location is very quiet if you have a room facing the small river. Staff are lovely and friendly. It's about 10 to 15 minute walk to republic sq, in one straight road. It's better to stay here as other places are very loud.

Nice and clean guest house with good sized rooms down a quiet back street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Republic Square. Owners are really nice and helpful even thought we did not speak the same language.
