The house is located in the open, surrounded by beautiful wildlife, on the banks of a shallow mountain river! The guesthouse is surrounded by a large garden with a variety of fruitful trees and more! The town is just 2 kilometers away along a dirt road, easily accessible in a regular sedan! The first grocery store is 3-4 kilometers away! Two UNESCO World Heritage Sites are within walking distance!...

Please be aware that other animals may also inhabit the wild, although they never come near the immediate area of ​​the guesthouse! However, the activity of various wild animals is quite noticeable! In the evenings and at night, the howling of jackals can be heard

Beautiful and meticulously maintained guesthouse in Areni. It's located in one of Armenia's most beautiful areas and is easily accessible by car from Yerevan, Sevan, or the south of the country

The food and their homemade wine was delicious! They took us to visit Noravank and they helped us to get a shared shuttle to go back to Yerevan. Plenty of food for breakfast, included. Mersi shat for your hospitality!

I stayed for 3 days in this guest house. Very quiet , neat and clean sequre for stay. He was very friendly and kind person. Rooms are like Five star hotel. Very thoughtfull home like interior that makes you feel at home

It's located a bit outside the city, you have to drive in. There's parking, it looks safe, clean, and okay

I recommend the hotel - great host, clean, spacious, the room has a shower and air conditioning. There are tables in the yard - you can sit. It's 20-30 minutes to the center, Yandex taxi is only 300-400 rubles =)

They shouldn't say things like, "You paid this much, so you get this much service," or "What country are you from?" and they were all so impatient. Simply put, this is a rural guesthouse, far from the city center

We stayed at this hotel in May 2024, everything was absolutely clean and comfortable, for this price it is impossible to find such a clean hotel in Yerevan, they also have a kitchen where you can make tea and coffee

To get around by public transportation, take the buses at the bus stop on the main road Khaniyan street (don't cross the street). To go to Garni temple and Geghard monastery, take bus 63/53 to Mercedes (Gai) bus station

My wife found it by accident, and we decided to celebrate our tenth anniversary there, and that was a great decision! The owner speaks limited English, but that could be overcome with Google, and the service was second to none! The breakfast was tasty, but the real kicker was their royal dinner, where you get to dress up as king and queen, while enjoying some incredibly tasty food

They also arrange excursions to the nearby Etiuni ruins, which are more than 7000 years old, and truly massive

If you're going to Sevan and have an at least medium sized travel budget, you do not want to miss this, you will have memories for life!
