This hotel is amazing with the best service and professional staff. The rooms are renovated, very clean and luxurious. Very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Library was perfect, you can spend hours there, game zone, pool. Hotel is located in the centre of the city. This is one of the best hotels ever visited. Will definitely come back.

The hotel has been totally renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. You get a feeling of safety and peace and quiet there. It is impeccably clean, has a gorgeous staircase, a great swimming pool and an excellent restaurant. Our room on the fifth floor had a view of the mountains. I’m currently staying at the Jermuk Moscow Health Resort, and it’s been amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the food is delicious and healthy, and there are so many great health procedures to try. Rooms are warm, and are cleaned everyday. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Armenia was short, but it's worth coming to this hotel for 1-2 weeks. The resort is all-inclusive, the food is healthy, the rooms are spacious. On the first day we had a doctor appointment where he recommended a couple of treatments based on your health issues. The internet is good. Overall we enjoyed the service and the place.

A nostalgic place reminiscent of the Soviet Union of yesteryear. Very well-maintained and maintained, the stay is fresh and relaxing. The structure has been renovated but retains its charm. If you're looking for absolute tranquility and a slow pace, this is the place to come.

This is an exceptional place to spend your holiday. Everything was spot on from rooms to service. The food was incredible with lots of good quality choices. I sent my mother and aunt for 14 days. To say that we are happy is to say nothing. The attitude is wonderful, the food is fresh and homemade. It is a nice place with reasonable price to stay in Jermuk, although it is more of a hospital than a hotel. Beds were small for two people, but rooms were clean and services were good. A most see place! You don't have to book a room to go into the cafe, pool or use other stuff. The cafe is a very good place to grab a cup of tea. Winter is the best season to check this place out. It's very retro, and although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, with decent cleanliness. However, you can tell from the shower fixtures that it's a bit dated, but the bed is very comfortable and spacious. The entire decor and furniture have a distinctly local feel. Room rates at Armenian Village Hotel include free use of pool, steam room, sauna, gym. Breakfast was good, members of staff nice and friendly. Hotel is far away from city center, but taxi, and public transport available.

It's nice to stay it's my 2nd time I relax and quiet environment at night and in the morning it's good to go to aquatic park outdoors swimming and sauna food is good and staff give pack box to us because we need to leave in middle of the night so we use our breakfast for dinner it's good and polite and accommodating the staff

Apricot Hotel Yerevan Our stay at Apricot hotel was relaxing and comfortable. We got the Petrosian suite which is designed with all kinds of chess paraphernalia. The Soviet style chess timer is an interesting antique touch. The breakfast service was good, while the spread was average. Very nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . A good intimate hotel, really friendly staff, special thanks to Artem, who created the most comfortable conditions for our stay with a late check-in. A pleasant wet hamam and a warm pool left a good impression. The breakfast is varied. We will definitely stay here next time.

E arrived on time for check in but they said is not ready and that we have to wait 40 minutes... But this was not the real problem for me ,but the rudeness . We ended up here because the nearby aquapark was closed. Entry fee was 3000 AMD, but we had to buy slippers (from 3000 AMD) and swimming caps (from 1500 AMD) as they were mandatory. An ideal holiday for families with children. Everyone is happy to swim and is very happy. Wonderful staff.

The gym and swimming pool are nice, however the issue with them is that they can be noisy. Some trainers have decided that they can disregard other visitors and direct their classes with noisy 'music'. I really wish the 'music' volume could be reduced. Other than this the place is fine.

It's a great place to have relaxation and be near the city as well. Everything are well done regarding the hotel grade. Clean and warm pool, sauna and indoor water games. Staff are very kind and willing to help, even if they don't know English well. The bar has only limited number of fast food and closes about 10pm. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can walk safely even in the evening around the hotel. The room was beautiful and the reception very friendly.

I accidentally booked a "honeymoon suite"—a white-curtained round bed with a whirlpool tub—definitely the kind of room a Caucasian tycoon would use for a secret rendezvous with his mistress.
