Hotels on Sevan lake in Armenia

Very nice resort. Only wish the swimming pool was maintained and useable, even though the time of year. And also the restaurant was not open, which was disappointing; no food just drinks at the bar. Again, I understand, time of year means less bookings and therefore it's probably not viable to pay staff for the kitchen during that period. We would have liked to have experienced it though. Another time...

A good location near the lake. Relaxing atmosphere. Basic and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Original

It all started when, instead of a twin room, we were given a king-size bed. They couldn't change the beds, but they did provide an extra blanket upon request. For three days, the room wasn't cleaned once, with no indication that this was the norm. There was no bottled water in the room, but the refrigerator door was cluttered with paid drinks and snacks. Incidentally, the refrigerator was unplugged...

Ambience: Acceptable Cleanliness: Acceptable Service: Acceptable Facilities: Good Great location, right by Lake Sevan. Very good value. There's a restaurant, and the breakfast and dinner are both quite good. Perfect for a one-night stay.

A wonderful hotel with incredibly polite and caring staff. The location is just perfect: Sevan is very close! On the territory there is a swimming pool, playgrounds and a restaurant. The restaurant is delicious! You can buy breakfast on the spot, which I highly recommend, the breakfast is also quite decent. The apartments were clean, spacious. The only thing was that at first it was very cold in them...

Almost on the lake, nice breakfast service to the room. Rooms large but in September farelka could not cope. I slept for the first time at an altitude of 2 km above sea level. Rather ok

If your planing to stay near Sevan Lake. This is the place where to go. Excellent rooms and amazing cafe.

A very clean hotel set back from the street so relatively quiet. A novelty is the Craft brewery which is situated right next to the reception desk. The craft beers are available at the small restaurant in front of the hotel on the street - both pilsner and stout were good, but bit mild. The "brewer" and hotel owner was very friendly and helpful in arranging a taxi for our next journey. The hotel is...

A cozy hotel with a great location, a stunning view of the mountains from the window))) there is a kettle, bath accessories and excellent hot water pressure, which is very important in February, when it is cool outside and you want to warm up))) Next to the hotel there is a cafe Parus, I recommend it!!! Very, very tasty cuisine, we took Sevan fish and lula kebab, the prices are very inexpensive

Very nice place, everything is clean and new, comfortable beds. Great host, very warm and hospitable people!

A fantastic hotel in a great location. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Very clean and modern room. The best in Armenia. Cafe food was also very good and always freshly cooked. Highly recommended and great value for money.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. He made sure we had a comfortable stay. The room was super clean and the bed super comfortable. The best stay in Armenia so far. This is the hotel where you feel like home and great value for the money as well. Thanks again for everything!

Very kind personal. Good location near to the Sevan Lake, phantastic atmosphere with the landscape there. I enjoyed it. There is an extra place for my bike too. Breakfast very delicious and versatile. Thank you a lot!

The place is perfect for stay. Good looking property.good friendship with owner.he is Russian. Nice stay . I'll recommend everyone to stay here really close to Sevan peninsula. Also close to Sevan city

I spent a couple of nights here. the owner and staff were very nice and helped me book a taxi as well at reasonable price. Food was simple but great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Owners were kind and helpful. The room was cold, and the bath water was not hot. The location is good. Breakfast was simple, but good.

Oh, Sunny Armenia! They truly say that everything is special in Armenia! But truly Armenia opens with its hospitality. My acquaintance began at the airport, where we (with his wife) met Misha! The man who took us from Gyumri airport and drove to the hotel. By the way, 170 kilometers one way. It began with a call from Moscow (when we had already ceased to understand how to get from the airport to the...

A really nice place to stay where the rooms and service are very good. But I think the most interesting thing about this resort is its location. It is very near all of the historic religious complexes and overlooks Lake Sevan which is the largest body of water in Armenia and the entire Caucasus region, often called the “Jewel of Armenia” or the “Blue Eye of Armenia.” it has a nice jetty out the front...

Waiters have to ask the manager to settle beer bill

The best vacation spot in Sevan. The room is comfortable and warm. Tasty breakfast. Restaurant with a beautiful view and delicious food. And of course friendly staff. Thank you for organizing my rest.

Good family resort with comfortable rooms, customer service was great, pool was clean and well managed. Breakfast was better than average. Good location.

One of the best hotels in this area. However! The best season is summer, prices are mainly high, for dinner better to go to peninsula, Ashot Yerkat restaurant, and not here. But rooms are clean and service is good!

We experienced quite a lot of cons and only a few pros during our stay at this hotel. The Room We were offered a Luxe room, being told there were no other available options—even though the hotel seemed far from fully booked. The room cost 70,000, which is a reasonable price for a Luxe category. However, it didn’t quite meet the expectations of a Luxe room. The main advantage was its size: two bedrooms...

This resort, nestled near Lake Sevan, offers an incredible view that’s a must-see for both kids and adults. The resort includes a water land, a swimming pool, restaurant, hotel and access to the lake beach, ensuring a fun-filled day for all.

Great place to stay with family or group vacations. Location best for Sevan lake, secure and safe area for kids. The aqua-park rocks. Rooms nice and clean, everything necessary in kitchen, clean towels. Not so much impressed by the breakfast, but still value for a money and mostly satisfies. Game room for kids with Arcade and other games.

This is the most beautiful restaurant on Lake Sevan. The food is outstanding, as is the service, but even better is the beautiful outdoor seating and view. Grassy lawn with gorgeous views. Recommend the fish, of course, and the crayfish. Wow!

3 sides water, one side land, 2 churches built on the hill by seven

The food was ok, it would be great if at least it was a bit cheaper. The waiter try his best to make us order things we really didn't need and was a bit too much. I am overall satisfied, but you need to be careful so you won't end up with a massive bill.

Have no air conditioner no fan. Not have tele so you have to go to the reception if you need anything The staff is great The view is awesome and amazing The staff at the restaurant is so so cute and helpful ♥️

We had a amazing stay at the property the view was breathtaking like heaven on earth❤️Very friendly staff and there hospitality was awesome specially the manager Gor was very helpful and full of energ👍👍

Lovely place to cool down during the summer season. The owners put a lot of effort and love in making your stay comfortable.

The place is very beautiful, the view is excellent, but the rooms are very bad. There are a lot of insects inside the room, and this is unacceptable. There are spiders, bugs, and various insects. Also the rooms are very old and worn out. A hotel in this location should pay more attention to these details because the price is not low.

If going to Lake Sevan, Tsovasar is an absolute gem! Get one of their bungalows in front of the water - it's an absolute must! Not only are they well appointed luxury rooms, the view is to die for! They overlap in a way that all of them have a perfect view of the water. The infinity pool, sandy beach and restaurant are only steps away. You will feel like royalty. The staff are also incredible and...

I really enjoyed the place, as well as their hotel in the center of Yerevan, where we stayed earlier last year. The design, service, location and the food - everything was above expectations! For example, my husband was 30 min late for the breakfast, and he ordered a coffee and a snack at the bar instead. He was very surprised to know that the staff didn’t charge him for it (as a complement). Of...

Nice and cozy place. Hotel provides nice and outstanding service. Staff is polite. Food is good. If you want to get rid of crazy and busy city this place is for you. It provides calmness and silent atmosphere. There are no cars or other kind of transports. Take into account that hotel is far away from towns, there is only one smalk shop. Restaurant also is not in hotel, it locates in 6 minutes walk...

A great experience, friendly staff. Thet went out of their way to help me

A great heritage hotel, lovely rooms with nice, rural design and materials. The restaurant is not in house, you need to walk for that a bit.

This is one of its kind. I felt as if I visited Greece. Beautiful themed resort with private lakeshore. tasty food and good ambiance. only thing I didn't like is it is far from sevan city.

We went to the restaurant twice and loved the food. The service takes some time since it is busy and the food is so fresh. They spoke some English and were very friendly. The food was delicious

What a wonderful place! Firstly, it's remarkably quiet, not just the restaurant but the entire area is quite peaceful. It's conveniently located near the road and has a lovely open space next to Lake Sevan. The interior is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The food is exceptionally pleasant, with the freshest ingredients, which is surprising for such a remote location. The whitefish, fresh from...

Wonderful restaurant and amazing setting. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the lake shore views. We would particularly reccomend the pickled betroot . Swimming in lake sevan was brilliant .

We liked both the tour and also the lunch, thanks a lot!

This place is a gem that is slept on. My wife found it by accident, and we decided to celebrate our tenth anniversary there, and that was a great decision! The owner speaks limited English, but that could be overcome with Google, and the service was second to none! The breakfast was tasty, but the real kicker was their royal dinner, where you get to dress up as king and queen, while enjoying some incredibly...

Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. I got a taste of village life. The service attitude is good and enthusiastic. They helped us cook in the evening and arranged breakfast in advance in the morning according to our request. It was a very good experience.

Very interesting tour to ancient Lchashen on a truck, which was so much fun! Tasty food and amazing hosts :)

The location is in the village next to Sevan. The owner is very nice. It is suitable for summer farm stays.

A very nice guesthouse at a calm village beat the lake. Had a beautiful green garden and it's very clean. The food is delicious 😋 and the host very welcoming. A place to be 😊

We stayed here for approximately four days and it was really worth it. The staff was really friendly and the restaurant was pretty good. The beach next to the hotel was beautiful. Little minus is the location, far away from stores and so on. This is really good place for relaxing and nature loving people

Decent for Armenia. Could use AC, the rooms get pretty hot at night. The houses could use better kitchen, bring food if you plan to stay a few days, as groceries are non existent in a 15 minute radius. The stray dogs are a problem, but some people may like it. The staff is a little confused, and the kitchen is a little slow, but that’s part of the charm I guess! Everything else was fine, we enjoyed...

It is a nice small and cozy hotel on the bank of the Sevan lake. It is run by very welcoming people. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is nice to sit on the veranda to feel the breeze from the lake. The food is excellent - it is homemade and it makes it so great and delicious. The staff is very helpful and makes a lot of effort to make our stay pleasant.

We stayed with family, and the rooms were super comfortable—perfect for families. The food was amazing: fresh, homemade, and all locally sourced. It’s just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Sevan. The whole place is super peaceful and relaxing—great for unwinding, family get-togethers, team retreats, or just hanging out with friends around a lakeside fire. This is the kind...

While you want to save from hot in Yerevan and decide to swim in Sevan. The best place to eat in after rest on the beach. Nice staff whom may speak in russian. Beatuful view and respectful staff.

Thank you girls for the delicious lunch and service. The staff is very friendly. I recommend visiting this kitchen. Thank you. We were very pleased. You girls and your kitchen are very cool. 😘👍

I have been there for about 10 days in July 2025 it was a great place I have a very good memories there I hope to visit it again soon 🔜.

This is an ok hotel with a big well kept area, a good pool, a lot of green and facility for kids' entertainment. Food is almost basic and repetitive with only 2 hot dishes but a lot of various salads. The problem is that there is no coffee, and if something is finished, that is not a problem at all, it is just not served . The biggest drawback is that the territory (10 min walk ) that could become...

Prekrasnie ceni, vkusnaya domashnyaya kuxnya, miliy personal! Spasibo poluchili kolosalynoe udovolystvie!!!

Very hospitable host and very friendly service. Large rooms and good meal. Highly recommended!

It was a small apartment. The staff was very attentive. The clientele is rather Armenian, which gives the hotel its authenticity. Full board buffet was included in the price. A game room with billiards and table tennis is a place where children can share a moment. The pool is very nice, albeit a little cold.

Pretty good place, with different activities.

I went to this hotel with my friend, HIMAR, to visit some other friends from Chechnya who were staying here. The accommodations were a bit cramped, but you could say that we all had a smashing good time. My Chechen friends had such a good time, they had to be dragged out of the place.

Do not recommend eating fish here, overpriced and awful qualiry

What an amazing hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious, staff is extremely nice and helpful and the restaurant downstairs is very modern. Definitely recommended!

A very new place, very clean and very tidy and the staff is excellent. I recommend it 100%

I like supporting family run hotels and this one exceeded my expectations. Very moderate prices, incredibly delicious homemade breakfast and comfortable rooms. The owners take care of you and try to fulfill all your wishes. Unrestricted recommendation!

Room was clean and interior was nice. It was a very cold night and it was not very warm in the room, as the windows are poorly insulated. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was reasonably priced and very clean. They have a smart TV that is connected to the Internet. The staff are very personable and like Iranians. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a cheap hotel close to Swan Lake and travel by car. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. I recommend it for those who travel by car

Great hotel. Welcoming hosts. I highly recommend staying there. Cozy, clean, comfortable, modern. Quiet and comfortable, close to the lake. The hotel is completely new.

New, clean and modernly equipped apartments near Lake Sevan. If you want to have something to eat, avoid the neighboring ArtStar Fast food (breakfast is served here for guests), it is a disaster.

This is a great place to organize your vacation in Sevan. Hospitable and friendly staff. 100% clean. Great campfire, movie nights, and unforgettable horseback riding.

The hotel is new. Open since June 2023. So far, there are 2 guest houses with two floors. Actually, that is why there are only 4 stars for the service, there is just not enough. Suite. Consists of a large kitchen-living room and two bedrooms. The kitchen has water, a kettle, a gas stove, but there is nowhere to buy food nearby for self-cooking, so we ate in a cafe 100 meters from our room. Very sincere...

The host Ando welcomed us like family. He even made us an Armenia-British fish & chips supper!

Amazing place, the nicest host, beautiful and clean rooms, and delicious breakfasts. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful place worth recommending to everyone. The food is delicious and the owner very helpful and hospitable.

Absolutely fantastic hospitality and a very nice property to boot.

Great experience!! Very nice place in a quiet district, very close to the stunning Sevan Lake! Andranik and her babushka are very kind, helpful and welcoming!! English and Russian is spoken too! There's everything you might need for your stay! Thanks for being so kind!

Really lovely people run this place. Very pleasant and reasonably priced.

A very nice mini-hotel! The hosts, Goar and Edik, are very nice, kind, and helpful. It's very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We were delighted. You can order breakfast and dinner. Everything was delicious. The city beach is nearby. We highly recommend it.

Very lovely owner and super clean and cozy place. Would 100% return.

Very nice room, utilities just not enough for 5 stars. But still a very recommendable place

A great place to spend the weekend during the summer. The pool is clean and well-maintained, and the lake beach is also nice and tidy. The restaurant is decent — dinner was good, and breakfast was excellent. Our room, however, was very narrow. It was set up for four people, which might work well for a family with two kids, but it was not comfortable for four adults.

We had such a wonderful stay at Comuna Sevan! The amenities were very modern, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They spoke multiple languages, and their English was so fluent that it really put us at ease right away. Our tent was super luxurious and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for our stay. The staff checked in on us several times and were incredibly attentive...

Unforgettable experience ✨. Perfect blend of comfort 😊. Stunning decor, excellent food 🤤, wonderful hospitality, and a truly memorable stay. Loved the breathtaking lake views from my room and relaxing by the heated swimming pool ☀️. The surrounding mountains 🏔️ added to the serene ambiance. Specially Thanks to the Owner Narada, and Manager Davit.Who were a perfect host - very helpful, friendly, and...

Stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary. They gave us the dome closest to the lake, which had a beautiful view and felt really special. The heated pool and swim-up bar were definitely highlights, super relaxing vibe overall. Food was tasty, and the staff, including the manager, were kind and helpful. A really nice spot by Lake Sevan.

Our stay at Comuna Sevan was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible hospitality — a huge thank you to Davit, the manager, who made us feel right at home and took care of every detail with such kindness, attention and patience. The food deserves a special mention: every meal prepared by the chef was simply outstanding, some of the best we had during our...

A heavenly, unique and wonderful place. Immersed in an enchanting landscape. 5 star food and services, helpful and friendly staff.. What can I say, an unforgettable experience!
