On the plus side, the hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, next to a park. The rooms are quite spacious, and there's a club restaurant on the hotel veranda

On the minus side, if you book a room on the upper floors, you're likely to stay up until 2 a. because the music is quite loud and can be heard throughout the hotel. Keep this in mind when booking

I should say the price is rather high, but you should understand that the city stain is expensive because a lot of Russians are using it as a overnight hub to travel to Europe

The room is cozy and furniture is looking just a bit used, because the hotel is not new. For traveling into Europe, it could be premium

If you have China experience you could be disappointed with the quality and technical side of the room

The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the linens are good. I highly recommend a massage at the spa

It’s also near the ropeway, though I wouldn’t recommend walking there with kids - using YandexGo or asking the hotel staff for help arranging a taxi is convenient. Also, if you’re scared of dogs, taxi is a must

The only minor downside was the slow à la carte service at the restaurant; breakfast was decent with vegetarian-friendly options. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent rooms, great staff, and a very convenient location

The hotel is very close to the town center, with easy access to restaurants and attractions

The Disappointments • Missing Essentials: For a 5-star hotel, it was disappointing that basic dental kits, combs, and other toiletries weren't already in the room. You shouldn't have to call housekeeping for the basics

• Balcony with a View: Our room featured a lovely balcony that offered great views of the surrounding scenery. • Exceptional Staff: This was the standout feature. The team was incredibly helpful and always smiling

As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ? The indoor area with swimming pool and spa was big, clean, and with beautiful decorations. The gym looked good but did not try

We booked and extended our stay anyway, and another receptionist reassured us that the reservation was worth it. There's also a receptionist, very polite and sweet, but unfortunately, I didn't remember her name

The hotel itself, the rooms, and the pool are a solid 5, but there's one caveat. Unfortunately, when we checked into a deluxe room, the air conditioning didn't work, even though the weather was 38°C (98°F)

The rooms are spacious, the cleaning is high-quality. Tea, coffee, mineral water daily. The staff is polite, friendly. A wonderful swimming pool with beautiful decoration. Very tasty and varied breakfasts

Beautiful hotel Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel. And a nice garden which surround it. Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. We would have liked some more info on check in

Excellent hotel, extraordinary, great food, comfortable beds, we were pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel is a lot of attention to details very professional

And the cherry on the cake: free access to the water park, both outdoor and indoor. Excellent breakfasts with an excellent selection of dishes and drinks. In general, we had a great rest

The outdoor waterpark is not working even though the weather was warm and that was kinda disappointing for us because thats the most important reason we book this hotel and we arrived then we found out it’s unavailable now they should write in app and inform this before someone book and the room service was coming every other day but overall our stay is good

It's nice to stay it's my 2nd time I relax and quiet environment at night and in the morning it's good to go to aquatic park outdoors swimming and sauna food is good and staff give pack box to us because we need to leave in middle of the night so we use our breakfast for dinner it's good and polite and accommodating the staff

The bathroom had all the necessary accessories: hair dryer, disposable combs, dental kit, soap, shower gel, shampoo. I would like to separately note that the room is very clean, there is air conditioning

Upon request, an iron was brought to the room. There is food delivery to the room at very affordable prices. The staff is top notch, very welcoming and friendly, ready to help with any issue

This cottage was big and really good inside the location is perfect the service is perfect too I loved the place and the breakfast food was amazing too this hotel is 10/10 in everything

We ended up here because the nearby aquapark was closed. Entry fee was 3000 AMD, but we had to buy slippers (from 3000 AMD) and swimming caps (from 1500 AMD) as they were mandatory

The ticket didn’t cover sauna, jacuzzi, or a real swimming pool; it was mostly one big pool with water jets and some slides. Slides opened only once every 1. 5 hours, for about half an hour

I love to swim here in Winters, water is warm 28°C and the Sauna is good for this season. It has a several pools close and open, also there is Spa center and a Gym. I used the gym, swimming pools and sauna

Available. Clean. Correct. Was the first time. Loved it. The staff is polite and attentive. Dressing room wide, free to undress, even if there's someone else. I recommend to all. Will come again one...

I really like the water area with sauna and jacuzzi, the gym has quite a large selection of exercise machines, overall, everything is great

An ideal holiday for families with children. Everyone is happy to swim and is very happy. Wonderful staff.

Also I must mention the extra efforts that all the staff put into marking my stay memorable and to communicate despite the language limitation, they all went beyond specially the reception ladies and the restaurant staff

The hotel accommodated for all our needs , starting from basic bag service to your room , unlimited buffet dinning (Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner ) , kids club (comes with adult supervision ), pool and spa facilities , outdoor play set for the kids , proper gym room, 2 X bars  and most importantly health spa treatment

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, surrounded by green and trees. When you arrive you have a consultation with a doctor who recommends based on your needs the best health procedures or treatments

The wellness center is amazing with a big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and all overlooking the mountains which is breathtaking. When it comes to the full board, there is a wide variety of options for all tastes

I did not stay in this hotel but I visited its beautician Gayan who was excellent. I did Botox with her and it was the best I’ve ever done, and price is so much cheaper than in the US or Europe

I would like to particularly thank Khachik and his wife Melina for making our stay pleasent for the entire duration , especially for accommodating my needs when it came to work

I also really liked the location: very close to the center where all the main restaurants and shops are, and yet a little up on the hill in a quiet area (also giving you an opportunity to exercise a little when walking up to the hotel after a full dinner :)

The breakfast was good and filling. Short walk to town for the restaurants and shops, the forest is right behind for a walk

Hotel is an old property and situated at an elevated level hence difficult approach by walk. Staff is good and cooperative. Bedding and mattress need attention

This is a very special hotel in Tsaghkadzor. I suppose it was originally built and decorated in the Soviet time and probably was outright luxurious at the time. Now it is not luxurious but stylish and classy

Each floor has its own elaborate decoration so you are never bored and you feel that you live in an interesting place. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help in any way possible

A really lovely hotel that surpassed my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel has lots of amazing artwork inside, with lots of areas to explore and find a peaceful spot to relax

The hotel is cosy, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, making the stay pleasant and relaxing. The snowy surroundings added a special charm and made the experience even more memorable

The staff were nice and helpful, and greeted us as we walked into the hotel complex. Breakfast was brought to our room in a cute wicker picnic basket at our requested time each day

One area for improvement is the restaurant service, which was closed during our stay. Having on-site dining available would have enhanced the overall convenience and guest experience

Just a few things to make it even more perfect: extra pillows, more lighting options to create mood lighting in the evening, and the shower head didn't fit in the holder properly so this needs amending

Lovely stay, attention to details in the rooms which include a Nespresso machine and pods and everything you need to make the experience enjoyable. Breakfast basket was delicious. Highly recommend

Located in its own park this hotel sports a grand lobby, enormous rooms and a range of services. The room was a bit run down though, and the food in the restaurant mediocre. A very noisy party dominated the evening

The hotel Dilijan Resort provided a comforting stay. Their pool and spa amenities were great and high quality. Restaurant was very delicious and contained lots of options

Excellent location (on the hill of a green mountain), the rooms are spacious (doubles come with large balconies that open to the mountain), have comfortable beds, kettle and all stuff needed for a proper rest

Rooms were clean and inviting, while the location itself was great in a serene, mountainous environment that is quiet. Hotel lobby was great and staff was efficient. Highly recommend for Dilijan stays

They offer various SPA services, have an indoor pool and kids playground (both indoor and outdoor) which came very handy as we travelled with our kid

The staff is very helpful, they offered us the conference room for free! The lunch had vegan options

The patio is such an inviting place to just sit and relax with a glass of wine. They also have an even nicer sitting area in their restaurant where you can order food and drinks

The best place for family and alone. Good staff, best view, nice and clean rooms. You can enjoy your time in this place. Near to city centre. They have just little place for swimming. For relax need a week.

Beautiful view from the cottage, we stayed in a 2 bed with 2 kids in late April. The rooms had everything we might need as a family, were super clean and spacious. The property is relatively new

Other than that, the room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant on the ground floor seemed nice as well but didn’t get the chance to try it

Centrally located & within walking distance to the Centre Square, restaurants and pubs, Park Boutique Hotel has efficient and friendly staff

Had breakfast at Boulevard cafe and restaurant, right next to Park Hotel. I asked the server for the actual address but she pointed out the hotel’s so I’m writing a review under the hotel’s

Park Boutique is a great place to stay at an affordable budget

Only the rooms are quite small and very less space to. move around from what u see in d image as we very surprised to see in reality versus the image. But the hospitality over there made us comfortable

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The staffs were very accomodating and nice. Susanna was also very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we come back in Armenia 👌🏽
