Nice position, very large rooms with plenty of services but without any tea or coffee facilities. Service is standard, breakfast is simple, continental style

i stayed here for 1 night having moved there from another Hotel at 2 am ( a first for me), the hotel has the best location in gyumri, renovated, rooms are quite large, staff was very hospitable, the breakfast more than adequate compared to the rest of the experiences ive had at Gyumri, this will definitely be the hotel i will use when i visit the city the next time. the only reason i'm rating it a 4 and not a 5, is that i'm not a picky person, and some of the small details that don't bother me might others.

Location is great. Room is clean and comfy. Comfortable bed. Receptionist was very attentive.

On our first night in Armenia it was a lovely surprise to be staying in the heart of the old town. It's surrounded by shops and restaurants just off the main square. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. The shower was good as were the bathroom supplies. Breakfast was adequate with a pianist who played through the service.

Our room was huge and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and to top it off, a lady played the piano during the whole time we were there.

Huge rooms are great when travelling, BUT there was no kettle or coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. Meal was good, as was the service.
