A very picturesque and cozy place where all the details around are made and maintained by the host and his family with big care. The views from the cottages overlooking the forest are amazing. They have a tradition to congratulate the guests with a surprise cake on the guests' special occasion if they learn that you are celebrating it during your stay. It was very nice and touching to get a birthday pancake with a candle and when the host and all the staff came to congratulate. Also they gather all the guests near open air fire in evenings and treat them homemade wine, fried potatoes and cookies. The food in their restaurant is very delicious and reasonably priced.

Staying at this hotel truly felt like being at home! We were warmly welcomed by the most amazing couple, the owners who went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable. Every night, they hosted a lovely bonfire with complimentary drinks and light snacks, which made the experience even more special. The restaurant was spotless and the food had that perfect homemade touch. Every single staff member was kind, attentive and accommodating. We had such a heartwarming and memorable stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy, welcoming getaway

What an amazing place. It took us longer than we thought to get there and they contacted us to ask if we wanted to order dinner, send us the menu. We order the meal and it was ready for us when we got there. I highly recommend the amazing food that Mayra cooked. The best meal I had on this trip. The breakfast was excellent. The room had excellent views of the mountains. Liana could not do enough for us. Do not hesitate to stay here. We were very happy. Thank you for the wonderful stay

The rooms were cozy, well-heated, and perfect for two people, while the on-site restaurant served high-quality meals. The mountain views during the day were breathtaking, and a morning walk in the fresh air was a highlight. The best part of our stay was the nighttime bonfire organized by the owner, Zerosh. It featured a woodfire, homemade wine, fresh mint tea, and grilled potatoes—a charming Armenian tradition. Sitting by the fire, enjoying drinks, and listening to music created a truly unforgettable experience. Overall, Dilivita Rest House combines great amenities, warm hospitality, and unique touches, making it a must-visit in Dilijan.

As a rest house I would rate it 5 star from the place to the service everything well the owner is so accommodating you feel like home the ambience is so peaceful .and the best part is the evening when most of the guest gather around the bonfire with wine and tea such a wonderful experience I would highly reccomend and I want to come and visit again
