Private accomodation in Dilijan

I have been in this small, hostel like hotel two times. It is a very comfortable place for different kind of visitors. This small hotel has different rooms with euro standard comforts

It was our second time to stay in this hotel. I like the location, because it's overlooking the beautiful scenery of Dilijan. It is not far from the city center, and there are two markets nearby

A guesthouse at the top of a hill, inside a nice garden. Rooms are spacious, clean, kettle and cups are provided, owner very helpful although far away. We had a car and I think this information is essential

The room has a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. There also is a nice garden which will be wonderful in a better weather conditions. There is a night lamp and a charger at the bed

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Dilijan. Everything was very clean and rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and friendly :)

Great big rooms, with heaters in winter Amazing hot shower pressure, comes with shampoo and body soap The breakfast buffet was delicious and plenty of opportunity for refills

We truly experienced Armenian hospitality. The rooms are clean and bright, with a stunning view of the mountain forest. The breakfast is hearty and delicious, waiting for you no matter what time you wake up

They picked us up, fed us, gave us something to drink and put us to bed, we will definitely come back more than once. I boldly recommend it to all guests of the wonderful city of Dilijan!

Amazing place, picturesque and beautiful, clean, cozy and delicious. Extremely friendly and hospitable staff

The staff were amazing: they brought us there, fed us, drove us around, and showed us around

Nice cosy place, super clean, very helpful and kindful stuff. Thanks for all

Friendly, attentive service, and most importantly, a very good and fresh breakfast with a beautiful view of nature and tasteful music!

A pleasant hotel in a picturesque, quiet location. It was very warm in the house in mid-October. The hostess was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. She answered all my questions in great detail

The flight was rescheduled and we had to check in very early, the hostess of the house - Gayone, greeted us very warmly. She showed us around, settled us in, answered all our questions

She advised us where to have lunch, where to go and helped us book a cheap transfer to Yerevan. Special thanks to the hostess for the gorgeous homemade breakfasts! And cheese and matsoni and vegetables and fruits

The guest house is located in a beautiful, quiet, picturesque place. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Snow-white bed linen and towels. We really liked the breakfasts. We liked everything very much

Great place, with very hospitable hosts. All new and clean.

The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate

We had a wonderful stay at Toon Armeni Guesthouse. The location is peaceful and surrounded by the beautiful nature of Dilijan, which makes it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very cozy

Everything felt authentic and thoughtfully arranged. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived

This is such a fantastic place, the guest house is full of lovely little touches that provide a feel of Armenia

Unfortunately, we were only staying for 1 night as part of an organised tour and the weather wasn't very good but the room was very warm despite the snow outside! If we had had more time I would have explored Dilijan which looked very interesting

You know you are in a place that is a little bit different when the reception has a huge bolder making up one part of the reception desk! We had a very comfortable two night stay is a very arty, well conceived room

We stayed in Room 10, which had an incredible view—high up with stunning mountains visible from the window. The hospitality was wonderful, and the restaurant even treated us to free juice, making us feel truly welcome

I had a very good time this past summer with my family at Sochi Guesthouse (ՍՈՃԻ Հյուրատուն). Location is amazing, food is excellent, and remarkable service. Thank you for the good hospitality and I strongly recommend.

The most beautiful plase in Dilijan, the staff is wonderful, this hotel has a nice location for sightseeing..!!!

Nice and cozy place. Very good for staying.

Average 3+ If you want to relax with your family and have a view of the forest (2 m) from your balcony, this is the perfect place

Unfortunately, if you spend too much time in your room or outside the hotel, you won't be able to play tennis or badminton

Comfortable room with good amenities and friendly staff.

Also a bit misleading is the description in Booking. com that there is a washing machine. To me this implies I can freely use a machine onsite. In fact they offer a washing service for 1500 AMD

Beer, wine and water are available. The bathroom is basic but the showers works well

The hotel owner was very friendly and spoke English very well. I found the description of the room (in Booking

Very nice, calm guest house with a beautiful view to Dilijan mountains; hospitable host who speaks fluent English; she is very supportive and helpful.

Well-kept territory with a beautiful view of the mountains. But the main thing is the hostess of the guest house Nelly. Ready to answer all questions

Great guesthouse in the mountain village Dilijan with a lovely host. Her guesthouse is advertised on small billboards on the main road. We took both the dinner and breakfast, which was nice. Wifi worked almost everywhere

We have just spent three nights here. Had both evening dinner and breakfast in the guest house. The food was very nourishing (we are vegetarians) with care taken in supplying our needs

Really great stay in Dilijan ! The host was extremely helpful and kind.

The place is 20 minute walk from the centre of the town so proved to be very quiet and gave a true flavour of Armenian life. The bedroom with "a mountain view" was great

Super stay with friendly owners! Beautiful setting with breathtaking views! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Comfortable stay with this friendly and welcoming owner!!

It was chilly on arrival (mid-November), but the owners gave a heater, this corrected the situation. They feed well, straight to the dump, but a little expensive.

It's a bit difficult to find access. Poorly marked. Generally very good conditions. Very nice and cozy small room with bathroom :) Hosts nice and hospitable, very nice atmosphere :)

Very friendly host and very nice place. The price might surprise you in a good way. The host has helped me with the accomodation even though it is not in a defined check in time

Good location. Top coniferous forest, The view from the room is very beautiful. The hosts are warm and responsive. I would only like a more stable wi-fi.

it was beautiful experience to live with local family and to know people. the owner was very courteous and helpful. I felt like home there, my daughter liked playing with their kids. homemade jam was best i tasted

some compliments are waiting for you and will amuse you. The location is rather difficult to find at night but in the daylight everything looks fantastic. Good advice - there are two roads to the place

location is beautiful and peaceful. it was difficult to reach by google maps. had to go by walk (5min only) and then owner came with me and helped me return by car. car access is few meters ahead

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The house itself is beautifully decorated, the room is clean, comfortable, and stylish. The breakfasts are very varied and filling; we couldn't finish our meals even once

A lovely place to stay and relax. Hosts are very caring and warm. We had delicious and nutritious breakfast. The place has also a little museum of old models of telephones, with embroided ceiling

The hosts were very organized, polite and helpful

Super friendly service We had some special requests ( vegetarian meals, birthday cake) and they made tremendous efforts to provide Delicious meals ( dinner and bf) Beautiful garden Rooms are very "creative" most rooms are rather dark (might not be to everyone liking) Some 20 min walk to "0ld dilijan"

It was my second visit to this place. It is calm and at the same time near central part of the city. It has a very beautiful garden. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very tasty

Very beautiful views and rooms and fantastic garden with handmade designs and our little friend Barny

The owner/manager and the local chef and other helpings staff were very kind and friendly and always made sure we had a smile after every meal. The food is super fresh and keeps you wanting to order more

What a wonderful hotel! With the best staff! Aram welcomed us, lit up the fireplace and kept us company and Sofia prepared for us a delicious dinner and breakfast - the best we had in Armenia

After staying in Armenia for 9 days can surely say that our stay in Dilijaan was the best. A cozy cute place that understands hospitality and how to make your stay a memorable one

The style and architecture of the hotel, as well as nature surrounding it, make it a perfect choice for your staying in Dilijan. Wish could visit again and stay more

To be fair, this was her first B&B experience, but she's made me promise to go back to Dilijan next summer so we can all eat here as a family :)

A supermarket is very close at the main road. The city center, where the good restaurants are located, is about 20 mins walking distance

We were there for 3 days!, it has warm and peaceful atmosphere to spend time there, being there is like you are with family! Rooms are cozy and comfortable. The host is Meline and she is a lovely woman

I absolutely loved it here and had a great time! Great location, delicious food and wonderful service! I highly recommend it! Thank you, Meline for everything! I will definitely visit again! 🙂❤️❤️❤️

we had an absolute amazing time in this little retreat. owners are super friendly and welcoming. best food experience we had in Armenia. the room was super comfy and very quiet

This hotel sits in a cozy location and is operated by a very friendly. Melineh‘s breakfast and dinner were amazing. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom leave no desires open

This place has soul. Warm atmosphere, kind vibes, and it feels alive, not a cold “perfect” place, but genuinely welcoming. Really nice to be here.

I highly recommend this place. The kitchen is also incredible!

Special thanks to the host for the warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness, and care for each guest. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully thought out, as if you were visiting a good friend rather than renting a place

The hosts are very welcoming and welcomed us like valued guests. There's a beautiful garden outside the house, with birds singing and flowers blooming, and a view of the mountains all around

I want to share my vivid and warm impressions of our trip to Dilijan! Everything was perfect from the very beginning: while looking for accommodation, we found this wonderful house online and immediately fell in love with it from the photos

Our favorite house in Dilijan ❤️ It's clean and comfortable, and has everything a family could need. Plenty of towels, blankets, throws, pillows—just the thing! Dishes, a stove, a refrigerator, and a new washing machine

The property boasts a great mountain view and a beautiful, tidy yard. The location is excellent — close to the center but still perfectly quiet and relaxing. The hosts are incredibly kind and hospitable

Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommend! We had an amazing time at Green Park House! Everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed

Very nice and clean family hotel. Nice atmosphere, good breakfast, safe and comfortable. The host is friendly and professional. Recommend for friends and families

The hosts were lovely, the place was clean and nice, the location was very good, close to restaurants and parks. The breakfast was delicious homemade and versatile

We were visiting with baby and the first day the hosts learned that our baby loves boiled eggs and brought some special farmer eggs just for her

Great place to spend the night! Great hosts! Excellent breakfast, too! I'll come back!!!!

Very nice hosts. Kind service, food, and interesting view.

Best place to stay in Dilijan! Much more better than any big hotels here! I've been working as a guide in Armenia for more than 5 years, and 100% of my tourist were excited after staying here! Comfortable and safe place, frew wife, clean, very nice and helpful family + incredible tasty homemade food! And good price for all of this!

Every night, they hosted a lovely bonfire with complimentary drinks and light snacks, which made the experience even more special. The restaurant was spotless and the food had that perfect homemade touch

A very picturesque and cozy place where all the details around are made and maintained by the host and his family with big care. The views from the cottages overlooking the forest are amazing

We stayed at Dilivita Rest House for two nights as part of our tour in Dilijan, and it was a delightful experience

They have a tradition to congratulate the guests with a surprise cake on the guests' special occasion if they learn that you are celebrating it during your stay

It was very nice and touching to get a birthday pancake with a candle and when the host and all the staff came to congratulate

I highly recommend the amazing food that Mayra cooked. The best meal I had on this trip. The room had excellent views of the mountains. Liana could not do enough for us. Thank you for the wonderful stay

Lusine kindly lent me some oil and salt, and I was able to cook two delicious Chinese meals. The yard is very relaxing, with fruit trees, a swing chair, and even a fairy-tale-like little wooden house

I stayed at Lusine's place in the Old Dilijan Complex and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent and very quiet, and just across the road there's a great place for Cata

On my first day it was raining, but even then it felt cozy and comfortable staying here. Overall, I really liked it and would definitely recommend this place! !

Delicious!!A supermarket is only about a 10- minute walk away. The room was spacious and very clean, and the kitchen was spotless and well equipped

Located in the very center . And walking distance to restaurants and main attractions.

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and kind and helped me with my terrible attempt at speaking Armenian! Food is normally served as a buffet but as I was one of only a few guests, I was treated to a feast presented to me each morning and evening! A selection of amazing food

What a fabulous and peaceful stay! If you are searching for peace and quiet, then this is the place for you! About 2 hours from Yerevan, as you come through the tunnel on the motorway you are embraced by pine trees and mountains

It is quite isolated so I would recommend bring snacks! There are plenty of hikes in the area and then a walk back up to the hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful stay!

The hotel has a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere, and you can feel the care put into every detail. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with everything we needed for a peaceful rest

A welcome escape from the hustle of life! Beautifully set amongst the trees, all you can hear is the animals and the running water from the stream

Dilijan town is about a 30-40mins walk from the hotel, the road is more of a dirt track to begin with but a lovely walk through the forest
