They didn't clean the room on the day after our check-in. Additionally, they don't allow pets in the restaurant even though they charge for the pet stay. We asked if we could bring food to our room so our pet wouldn't be alone in an unfamiliar place, but they refused. Also, they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes in the rooms.

Over all is good since we are road tripper but there was maintenance going on and they change our room to lower floor however it is good for family couples service is good team are responsive swimming pool is fine fear gym is fine . The only thing is that the heater was not that warming

What a lovely setting, hidden behind trees and with a mountain creek running through the complex. It is a great place for kids and families. The road to arrive to the lodge is not paved which makes it a bit of a worry when you have a rental car. The buffet has a great spread and variety of dishes. Impeccably clean, a very nice get away!

A wonderful, cozy place, just ideal for families with children. On the children's playground in the courtyard there are swings, a trampoline, a swimming pool, toy cars, a scooter, and on the 2nd floor there are a lot of toys and books. A nice garden but we were bothered by the overbooking that happened which caused us to leave Dilijan a night before our check out. We also had an issue with the heater which wasn’t working. Everything else was great!

This is a very nice, rustic street in old Dilijan which contains a hotel, restaurant, some craft workshops and some souvenir shops. It very pleasant to to walk there and dock up the relaxed atmosphere. We went to the restaurant there and had the stews which were excellent.

The place is very clean and the room is spacious. I loved both interior and exterior as it gave us a cosy and warm feeling. It’s a walking distance from the center of the village. And just across the hotel there is one of the oldest winery, goes back to 1870, and was really nice.

I did not come here to eat or sleep but rather admire the nature of mountains and rivers with a man made wooden village-like scenery. It is very beautiful but I wish yhey cleaned up the trash everywhere along the river. It's such a shameful place to dump your garbage. A great getaway from the city. We loved the place and enjoyed the green backyard with a small waterfall area. It is a family business and the owner Armen is so helpful and lovely. He also has a car so you can agree with him for transport as Taxies are not easy to find.

Nelli is a lovely host, she‘s very welcoming and will help you with everything that you‘ll need! The breakfast and dinner were fantastic and everything freshly prepared! It was chilly on arrival (mid-November), but the owners gave a heater, this corrected the situation. They feed well, straight to the dump, but a little expensive.
