Staying in this hotel for the second time. They upgraded my booking into Superior Room, that was very nice! Very good service, good breakfast, perfect swimming pool. The only bad thing is that some of the equipment in the gym was out of service. But overall a well equipped gym.

Our tour operator had booked us a standard room which was a very small room with the bed right against the wall which made getting into and out of bed very difficult. We spent our first night in this room but the following day I spoke to the manager ( Mr Varag ) who was insistent that we should have a favourable impression of his hotel so he offered us an upgrade to a poolside suite which was magnificent...

After midnight, there was a lot of noise from adults and teenagers shouting and laughing loudly. This woke up my 1-year-old child, who became scared. There was no security staff to manage the situation, which was very disappointing. Aside from this incident, the hotel itself is very nice. We stayed at the hotel for a day. First thing that you notice when you arrive is the outdoors garden with a lot, and I mean a LOT of trees. You could see the green from every angle. Everything is beyond our expectations! We had a quiet room with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains beyond the rooftop of the opposite building. I booked the room on the top floor, attic, but it felt really cool and comfortable even though there was no elevator, so you had to walk five floors. I went there on a rainy day, so it was not convenient to see everything around me. This place is perfect for long-term relaxation. Especially, it has a really great hot water pool.

A wonderful, cozy place, just ideal for families with children. On the children's playground in the courtyard there are swings, a trampoline, a swimming pool, toy cars, a scooter, and on the 2nd floor there are a lot of toys and books. It was a 5* exoerience thabks to Lilit, thw nicest receptionist ever, a hard worker super attentive to all your needs.

They didn't clean the room on the day after our check-in. Additionally, they don't allow pets in the restaurant even though they charge for the pet stay. We asked if we could bring food to our room so our pet wouldn't be alone in an unfamiliar place, but they refused. Also, they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes in the rooms.

Over all is good since we are road tripper but there was maintenance going on and they change our room to lower floor however it is good for family couples service is good team are responsive swimming pool is fine fear gym is fine . The only thing is that the heater was not that warming

The hotel Dilijan Resort provided a comforting stay. Their pool and spa amenities were great and high quality. Restaurant was very delicious and contained lots of options. Rooms were clean and inviting, while the location itself was great in a serene, mountainous environment that is quiet. Hotel lobby was great and staff was efficient. Good, fair pricing. Our birdwatching group stayed here for 2 nights. The entrance hall is very grand but the bedroom I was in was very outdated, and the curtains were not big enough to close across the vast window. Friendly staff, nice place to spend weekend or vacation with family and friends

A nice garden but we were bothered by the overbooking that happened which caused us to leave Dilijan a night before our check out. We also had an issue with the heater which wasn’t working. Everything else was great!

One of the best hotels I have been. Room: was really clean and comfortable. Service: staff were friendly and supportive even though they don’t speak English well. The location is excellent with a great view from the 2nd floor balcony. The yard is cute, it is very pleasant to chill there. However the room was too small, no space to move for 2 people simultaneously. And the most important and the worst point - the bed linen was not changed after the previous guest!!!

This is a very nice, rustic street in old Dilijan which contains a hotel, restaurant, some craft workshops and some souvenir shops. It very pleasant to to walk there and dock up the relaxed atmosphere. We went to the restaurant there and had the stews which were excellent.

The place is very clean and the room is spacious. I loved both interior and exterior as it gave us a cosy and warm feeling. It’s a walking distance from the center of the village. And just across the hotel there is one of the oldest winery, goes back to 1870, and was really nice.

I had an impromptu lunch there. The restaurant is large and beautifully situated, with a river or body of water flowing alongside the dining area. While some areas of the water were stagnant and unclean, the overall setting was pleasant. The food was average; I wasn't particularly fond of the fish. There's ample open space, perfect for children to play, and many picturesque spots for photographs...

I did not come here to eat or sleep but rather admire the nature of mountains and rivers with a man made wooden village-like scenery. It is very beautiful but I wish yhey cleaned up the trash everywhere along the river. It's such a shameful place to dump your garbage. I wish I had more time in Dilijian as this place would look spectacular in the evening or nighttime. Maybe next year.
