It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. The guest house is located in a beautiful, quiet, picturesque place. Not far from the bus stop. Very hospitable hosts. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Snow-white bed linen and towels. The rooms are clean. We really liked the breakfasts. We liked everything very much.

We stayed for 6 days. The flight was rescheduled and we had to check in very early, the hostess of the house - Gayone, greeted us very warmly. She showed us around, settled us in, answered all our questions. She advised us where to have lunch, where to go and helped us book a cheap transfer to Yerevan. Special thanks to the hostess for the gorgeous homemade breakfasts! And cheese and matsoni and vegetables...

Beautiful garden with a great view The website doesn't do the hotel justice. Really beautiful view and a nice garden. The landlord was incredibly nice and sent us off with the best breakfast.

A wonderful place. We truly experienced Armenian hospitality. The rooms are clean and bright, with a stunning view of the mountain forest. The breakfast is hearty and delicious, waiting for you no matter what time you wake up. The staff were amazing: they brought us there, fed us, drove us around, and showed us around. You know you are in a place that is a little bit different when the reception has a huge bolder making up one part of the reception desk! We had a very comfortable two night stay is a very arty, well conceived room. Pleasure on the eye! Modern and comfortable room in beautiful surroundings. Conveniently located just off Dilijan's main street with supermarkets, banks and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent and plenty of variety. Would happily stay here again next time we're in Dilijan.

This is such a fantastic place, the guest house is full of lovely little touches that provide a feel of Armenia. Average 3+ If you want to relax with your family and have a view of the forest (2 m) from your balcony, this is the perfect place. Unfortunately, if you spend too much time in your room or outside the hotel, you won't be able to play tennis or badminton.

We came here end of September. The hotel owner was very friendly and spoke English very well. I found the description of the room (in Booking.com) a bit misleading as it said there was a kitchen which to me implies I could cook there but it only had a sink, a fridge and one hob on which to boil water for tea or coffee. Extremely cosy guesthouse just outside of the town - 30-40 minutes walk from Dilijan centre. Shops nearby. Quiet location with beautiful views of the valley. Everything made of wood with a traditional feel.

Nelli is a lovely host, she‘s very welcoming and will help you with everything that you‘ll need! The breakfast and dinner were fantastic and everything freshly prepared! (3000 and 5500 Dram pp) Rooms were very clean, and you had a also a small kitchen. Only the mattress in our room could have been replaced as they were not that comfortable, but that‘s only our own opinion :-)

A quiet, peaceful place. Well-kept territory with a beautiful view of the mountains. But the main thing is the hostess of the guest house Nelly. Smart, hospitable, friendly. Ready to answer all questions. I highly recommend.

We have just spent three nights here. Had both evening dinner and breakfast in the guest house. The food was very nourishing (we are vegetarians) with care taken in supplying our needs. The place is 20 minute walk from the centre of the town so proved to be very quiet and gave a true flavour of Armenian life. The bedroom with "a mountain view" was great.

It was chilly on arrival (mid-November), but the owners gave a heater, this corrected the situation. They feed well, straight to the dump, but a little expensive.

Beautiful view of Mount Dilijan, even a hiking trail is available, and it's 2.7 km from the center of Dilijan. Small shops are not far away.

I felt like home there, my daughter liked playing with their kids.. homemade jam was best i tasted...food was also very good...location is beautiful and peaceful...it was difficult to reach by google maps..had to go by walk (5min only) and then owner came with me and helped me return...

It's a bit difficult to find access. Poorly marked. Generally very good conditions. Very nice and cozy small room with bathroom :) Hosts nice and hospitable, very nice atmosphere :)

Very friendly host and very nice place. The price might surprise you in a good way. The host has helped me with the accomodation even though it is not in a defined check in time .some compliments are waiting for you and will amuse you . A lovely place to stay and relax. Hosts are very caring and warm. We had delicious and nutritious breakfast. The place has also a little museum of old models of telephones, with embroided ceiling. Very beautiful views and rooms and fantastic garden with handmade designs and our little friend Barny. Thank you very much!

It was my second visit to this place. I liked the place very much. It is calm and at the same time near central part of the city. It has a very beautiful garden. The room was clean and comfortable. Our favorite house in Dilijan ❤️ It's clean and comfortable, and has everything a family could need. Plenty of towels, blankets, throws, pillows—just the thing! Dishes, a stove, a refrigerator, and a new washing machine. The hosts are very welcoming and welcomed us like valued guests. Great price to value. The hosts were lovely, the place was clean and nice, the location was very good, close to restaurants and parks. The breakfast was delicious homemade and versatile. We were visiting with baby and the first day the hosts learned that our baby loves boiled eggs and brought some special farmer eggs just for her. It was such a lovely gesture.

Very nice location a long the road in the town. We had one of the rooms in the back yard. We had dinner over there, and vegetarian was not a problem. We paid 6000 for two persons dinner. (Could be more if you have meat? The room itself was quite big with table and chairs and TV. We plugged in our USB drive for series.

This hotel sits in a cozy location and is operated by a very friendly. Melineh‘s breakfast and dinner were amazing. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom leave no desires open. Living room is comfortable too :) would always come here again.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice. However, as it was low season, no other tourists were around. Also there was no reception and so on. So we didnt find the 'amazing hospitality' which was described in other reviews. Besides this, no complains!! They did provide us a breakfast-to-go on our final day, which was very kind.
