A beautiful place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately my air conditioner didn’t cool down the room. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Good variety for each, however breakfast starts at 8. A bit tricky to navigate, especially from the new section. Level 1 in the main building is level 4 in the new wing.

We were the only ones in the whole hotel, which was kinda weird. We arrived pretty late, got checked in, but had a few hiccups which were soon fixed by the hotel staff. The next day, we had to rush to check out until we talked to them to give us an additional hour. I booked the room on the top floor, attic, but it felt really cool and comfortable even though there was no elevator, so you had to walk five floors. I went there on a rainy day, so it was not convenient to see everything around me. This place is perfect for long-term relaxation. Especially, it has a really great hot water pool.

When we arrived we were greeted by our lovely host who spoke good English. We were up graded to a cottage. Which was lovely and spacious with an outside balcony. Our host was very helpful at pointing to the great restaurants in the town and our breakfast each day was amazing.

Great getaway location, a genuine forest hotel with very modern amenities, clean, well-catered, properly sanitized, well distanced from crowds. Mesmerizing nature, relaxing atmosphere: forest, walking trails, lakes/river, farm-animals, hiking (if you want), lots of benches/swings/hammocks scattered around to pose and embrace the tranquility and ambience!

It is a marvellous "Swiss chalet" type hotel harmonically situated in a genuine forest of Dilijan. I enjoy my stay every time I am back to Armenia and find the calm of my soul even after holidays on a seashore. Clean, tidy, cozy, friendly and authentic.

EcoKayan is a lovely and comforting place that welcomes all. Its a small farm/hotel attached to the many hiking paths in Dilijan. The staff was friendly, great and helped us with our accommodations even in the morning. Something i now appreciate a lot since they do not have a morning culture.

The hotel is located in an ideal location like a paradise.No words about the location and nature.But i think it is time to upgrade and make the rooms more modern and clean.and of course and of course improve the breakfast since many guests come overnight and then leave and a competently organized breakfast can make a big impression.

We stayed here for one night but the staff was very kind, helpful and cheerful. It is a good place to have some rest with an incredible view! Food was very delicious and we can say that the cooker was cooking with her heart. I really recommend this place without any hesitation!

A very good place to stay, excellent service and a very good atmosphere to relax and spend vacations.

They didn't clean the room on the day after our check-in. Additionally, they don't allow pets in the restaurant even though they charge for the pet stay. We asked if we could bring food to our room so our pet wouldn't be alone in an unfamiliar place, but they refused. Also, they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes in the rooms.

Over all is good since we are road tripper but there was maintenance going on and they change our room to lower floor however it is good for family couples service is good team are responsive swimming pool is fine fear gym is fine . The only thing is that the heater was not that warming

Really awesome hostel! Everything is clean and new and the rooftop is spacious and has an amazing view. You even get discounts at various restaurants in the area with your room card if you ask them. Washing machine and dryer are free!

Great value hostel. I booked a private room and bathroom which were both of a good size and clean. The rooftop has amazing views of the local area. It was nice that there was a free washing and drying machine to use. There was no noise from the other guests either. Definitely recommend.

Our birdwatching group stayed here for 2 nights. The entrance hall is very grand but the bedroom I was in was very outdated, and the curtains were not big enough to close across the vast window. Located in its own park this hotel sports a grand lobby, enormous rooms and a range of services. The room was a bit run down though, and the food in the restaurant mediocre. A very noisy party dominated the evening. Personally I prefer a smaller hotel with more character.

For jazz lovers this is a very good place, as you can listen to your favorite jazz in a very nice atmosphere .BUT ! In rooms you hear noise till 01:00.( I am not talking about music). You have to hear the noise of mooving chair till late night. It is impossible to sleep before that time. The breakfast is poor. The best part of this hotel is the location.

Excellent Location with great view and peaceful relaxation. Stayed there for 2 nights, the staff was also really kind and helpful. In the evenings there was a bon fire in front of the stay, we could spend our time at the designated places in the garden.

The most amazing part in this holiday house is its nice view of the mountains and the well- attended terrace with umbrellaed tables for eating, surrounding wild roses and hammocks. Almost all the rooms have balconies overlooking the mountains, they are not spacious and the wardrobes in the room are not firmly placed (at least in our room), so you should be careful every time when you open the wardrobe...

Stayed here with a friend in September of 2019 and had a wonderful time. Excellent service with clean rooms and nice decor that makes you feel at home. The patio is such an inviting place to just sit and relax with a glass of wine. They also have an even nicer sitting area in their restaurant where you can order food and drinks.
