BnB Hotels in Dilijan

Everything is beyond our expectations! We had a quiet room with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains beyond the rooftop of the opposite building. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of high quality food items. The staff are attentive and helpful which made our morning meals very enjoyable. We highly recommend Dilijani Tun Hotel to anyone who is planning a trip here.

A very pleasant stay with friendly, attentive staff and a delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool in December with 5° outside:)

I had an amazing experience at Dilijani Tun. The hotel has a very warm, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern amenities and authentic Dilijan charm. The surroundings...

I booked the room on the top floor, attic, but it felt really cool and comfortable even though there was no elevator, so you had to walk five floors. I went there on a rainy day, so it was not convenient to see everything around me. This place is perfect for long-term relaxation. Especially, it has a really great hot water pool.

We liked the hotel so much that we decided to stay there for another day. I will recommend it to all my traveling friends!

Very nice room, very good service

The staff is so friendly) location is perfect )

Fantastic view to the mountains and Dilijan, tasty food and very comfortable accommodation. Thank you for the great service! Will come back again for sure.

Our three-day stay at Hover Hotel at the beginning of August was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of service and the beautiful surroundings. The hotel's location is one of its strongest assets, perfectly situated for exploring the best of Dilijan. We were just a quick, five-minute drive away from everything we wanted to see, from the delightful...

We were invited to a wedding party in Hover, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Hover is such an amazing place, nestled in a truly beautiful city. The atmosphere was charming, the dishes were absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Special thanks go to Hayk, who organized everything with such care and professionalism that all our requests...

Such a wonderful place with an incredible atmosphere, delicious food, and a very welcoming vibe! I want to highlight the excellent work and energy of the management. Special thanks to Eva, who does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed at this amazing place for 4 days, and it was the perfect balance of rest and activities. events, music, and more. Definitely planning to...

We stayed at the hotel for a day. First thing that you notice when you arrive is the outdoors garden with a lot, and I mean a LOT of trees. You could see the green from every angle. It felt like the nature was wrapped around the hotel and you could smell the fresh air. A lot of unique trees I recognized from Dendropark. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of several hills covered with forests...

A wonderful hotel with a amazing view, clean and comfortable rooms, and fresh breakfast. Thanks Mr. Armen for everything during our stay, the day tour and delicious dinner 😊 We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 👍

A great getaway from the city. We loved the place and enjoyed the green backyard with a small waterfall area. It is a family business and the owner Armen is so helpful and lovely. He also has a car so you can agree with him for transport as Taxies are not easy to find.

Everything was super clean the people that run this hotel are very sweet and always a step ahead. The scenery is absolutely stunning. I will definitely come again. We are very pleased.

The service attitude is very good. We booked a room and they upgraded it to a mother room. The environment is very good. There is a large garden behind it, and there are apple trees all over the back. There is also a parking lot and a stream behind the garden. The environment is very pleasant.

Very Beautiful experience! The room was very big and clean , the bed confortable and we can see the garden trought the windows, peacefull and quiet place! Amazing breakfast with home made juice and jam, and everything we desired! Everything perfect

Great family hotel Great family hotel. The hotel manager is very accommodating. (Five stars for Armen!) He helped with some unusual requests that came up due to family emergency and misunderstanding during booking. The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. The rooms are spacious and clean. I travelled to Dilijan for a conference, but the town is famous as a vacation destination.

Highly recommend Popock 2! Maga was an amazing host and always welcomed us with tea/coffee. She gave us a bigger room with a lovely view from the balcony.

The guest house is located not far from Dilijan center. There is a river just next to the mail buildig the sound of which is mesmerizing. There is plenty of place to rest, dine and party. Must visit place

Very nice location and house under a bridge. The house is very big and can host 25 people easily. One thing I liked is that one day we came back from our walk and cows were inside the garden and were playing with each other. I felt very close to nature and it was amazing!

In the heart of nature, family friendly

Nice place, great service, tasty food!!!

Hello, dear travelers! I'd like to tell you about our stay at the Deghceni Guesthouse and our wonderful hostess, Gayane! We stayed in Dilijan, and therefore at this guesthouse, from March 25-30, 2025. We were a large group: two families—five adults and eight children. And there was a place for everyone—the adults could do their own thing in the common area while the children played outside (the entire...

This is the perfect place if you want to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of care, comfort, and kindness. The guesthouse hosts are responsive, the grounds are immersed in beautiful landscaping, the food is the most delicious we've had in Armenia, and the rooms are clean and well-appointed.

A beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. It is worth staying in. I highly recommend spending a time there

I was there with my family to celebrate a birthday. A very soulful place, beautiful, you feel like you’re in a castle. Delicious food, beautiful setting, warm atmosphere. After the birthday party we stayed overnight. The rooms are clean, themed, there is a shower and toilet in the rooms.

Although the website says that the house is 16+, the owners themselves have 6 grandchildren, so they welcomed us and our 5 children with open arms. We had a wonderful New Year's holiday. We have never seen such delicious food and such a warm atmosphere anywhere. We felt like we were among relatives and friends. And I haven’t even eaten such delicious Tom Yum, which the hostess Gayane cooks, even in...

A wonderful place that I saw in Armenia

I liked the location, the large area and the whole idea, the only thing that needs to be done is to put everything in order. A gorgeous area with lawns and a garden, a river flows right outside the area. On the ground floor of each room there is a large, spacious hall, with a sofa, armchairs, a large table, a coffee table, a bar counter and a kitchen area. On the second floor there are two separate...

Very cozy place 🙂 the service is good. I highly recommend ✌️

The best hotel in Dilijan. Two bedroom apartaments for family is the most comfortable place i have ever been. There are rooms for two person in the first floor build like a hobbit house.

It is a very hospitable place settled in the forests of Dilijan. Not far from the city center, but far enough to enjoy the voices of the nature. You can find cozy and hobbitlike rooms on the first floor and modern decorated cottages for families or friends on the second floor. Both styles are equipped with all necessary things. Host Hrant is so welcoming, friendly, helps you in any question to make...

After seeing the Hagartsin Monastery, we walked up the hill to check out the Vanatun Restaurant. I have to say that for a very remote location like this, the food was amazing. I would say it is better than eating in the city. Great menu selection, and everything we ordered was super fresh. Highly recommend eating here after your visit to Hagartsin. Seat and enjoy incredible food with most wonderful...

Our tour guide booked us in the A-frame chalet. It was nice to have a larger space with a sofa, table, refrigerator, kettle, and some dining supplies. The steps up to the sleeping loft were steep, and the mattress was on the floor. I do not recommend the chalet if you have any mobility issues. The bathroom looked very stylish, although it was impossible to shower without getting the floor wet. It was...

We came in this restaurant after a very long hiking day and it was a gem! Very friendly people, speaking English and the most delicious local food we had in armenia. Very nice ladies. I wish we had booked our stay there.

When I was in this hotel back in February I didn't fully realize how great my experience was. But now I fully understand how amazing the hosts are, how tasty the food is, how perfect the stay in this hotel feels. Thanks a lot for creating a perfect experience for the guests!

Pros Magnificent Beautiful location, picturesque views, clean rooms. We took a superior room - there were no neighbors, but there was a toilet for two rooms. The staff is very nice, they always meet halfway, they made us feel very welcome. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience. The mattresses are good, the linen is new. There is a waterfall nearby, you can walk there, you can take a driver...

This place is fabulous-the reception team going above and beyond and making sure you are all set, super yummy breakfasts and dinners and of course the location's overall proximity to different places of interest and Haghartsin Monastery. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed here for two nights. Much to my pleasant surprise it was the highlight of our trip! Everything is great - the location, breakfast (love the home made jam), cleanliness, facilities, and the service. The host went extra miles to make sure we are well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Very helpful host, calm & clean place, situated close to the city center, good breakfast, great value for money.

The nice green area, with cute pathway connecting the main big house to smaller cottages, the warmth and hospitality of Nina the owner of this B&B and her daughter Lusine make this place a must-visit spot for my every visit of Dilijan town. I also love how flexible their prices get depending on the group sizes of visitors. And the kitchen area is just lovely, full of interesting decor that altogether...

Cozy, small family run hotel with amazing mountain/village view which is little away from dilijan city. Perfect for someone who wants to escape city vibe. Friendly and English speaking staff. Delicious breakfast.

Stumbled upon this boutique hotel in Dilijan! It’s new, spacious, clean rooms with a lovely view. Woke up to the sound of roosters, scenic surroundings, and a hearty breakfast. Best part? It’s super reasonably priced with breakfast included, plus the owner speaks good English. Love this kinda family-run places with warm people and genuine hospitality!

RestArt Boutique Hotel is a stylish and cozy place with excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very welcoming, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!

Everything about our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The owners are the sweetest persons and were able to accomodate all our requests with ease and kindness. The guy at the reception - I think his name is Tigran - was tremendously helpful and always with a smile. The place is beautiful, rooms are clean and the view is amazing. The art collection hosted in common areas is extra nice, we didn...

A wonderful and very beautiful place. I recommend it to everyone who comes to Diligan. The family and the staff are the best people you will meet. The service, the rooms, and the view are excellent.

I had a fantastic experience at RestArt. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent, with attention to every little detail. The location was perfect and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. I highly recommend RestArt and would love to stay here again)...

We stayed here on Wednesday to Thursday. We had a very comfortable stay. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean. The room was spacious with even 2 chairs and a desk. This was useful as my wife had to do some work on her laptop. The wifi was good as well. There’s an excellent restaurant next door for dinner, and for good quality coffee. It’s a 5/10min walk to the centre of the town.

The reviews are so full of praise for the hosts' hospitality, a casual welcome. We arrived without a reservation, the price on Booking.com was 11,000 drams, the hostess asked for 12,000, and we negotiated it down to 10,000. We stayed in a similar house in Sevan for 7,000 drams, with even better conditions. She asked 2,000 drams for using the washing machine. We previously mentioned breakfast, but it...

Very warm and welcoming family to stay with. Great breakfast!

Good accommodation, not far away from Old City. Good price and awesome breakfast in a morning. Highly recommended 😀, only one problem was that place was quite hard to find in a dark when we looked for it.

We have loved staying at Goqor’s Bed & Breakfast in Dilijan. The B&B is located near the centre of Dilijan and our room was comfortable and clean with an adjacent kitchen and modern bathroom. Emma, who runs the B&B, is very nice and helpful and has made our time in Dilijan so enjoyable. Emma and her mother in-law make the most amazing dinners that you would be crazy not to take advantage off. We even...

Lovely family with lots good vibe. I have visited them more than 3 times already. They help you with anything you need to know about Dilijan. The place itself is worth the money. There is a small BBQ place in their yard and we have had lots of fun there.

Nice , helpful and friendly family

Excellent comfort and cleanliness, friendly family, but no English spoken.

Fantastic non-fake hospitality ,got hearty breakfast comfy bed, separate area for guests lots of smiles.I used google translate app. to cummunicte with them was easy and good fun.

Very nice and friendly people. Very calm place (little far from the main street), Clean and cozy. Worth the money. It Needs some improvements (No shelf, Mirror and hangers in the Bathroom, No table, hangers or wardrobe in the room). Also there was no kitchen at the second floor and using the main kitchen was not convenient in down stairs. That would be better if the owner could add Coffee Maker, Water...

Amazing place, good food, beautiful rooms and nature!

Great family run hotel. New, modern, stylish. Good breakfasts. Great staff.

New structure, a lot of attention to detail. Fantastic food, wine and cognac, very good breakfast. Price not so low, but well deserved. The best location and food in our trip in Armenia.
