A quiet place with fresh air and wonderful views. The rooms are clean and warm. The dining room is newly built and comfortable. The garage (for one car only) is very convenient when it's snowing and very cold outside.

This is a very, very good hotel. My husband and I stayed at this hotel. Everything was great. The location of the hotel building was very wonderful and exciting. The breakfast was great. The staff was polite and friendly. We had a great time on the balcony of the room. If we come to Dilijan again, we will definitely come to this hotel. Room 3

A great getaway from the city. We loved the place and enjoyed the green backyard with a small waterfall area. It is a family business and the owner Armen is so helpful and lovely. He also has a car so you can agree with him for transport as Taxies are not easy to find.

Everything was super clean the people that run this hotel are very sweet and always a step ahead. The scenery is absolutely stunning. I will definitely come again. We are very pleased.

The service attitude is very good. We booked a room and they upgraded it to a mother room. The environment is very good. There is a large garden behind it, and there are apple trees all over the back. There is also a parking lot and a stream behind the garden. The environment is very pleasant.

Great family hotel Great family hotel. The hotel manager is very accommodating. (Five stars for Armen!) He helped with some unusual requests that came up due to family emergency and misunderstanding during booking. The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. This is the perfect place if you want to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of care, comfort, and kindness. The guesthouse hosts are responsive, the grounds are immersed in beautiful landscaping, the food is the most delicious we've had in Armenia, and the rooms are clean and well-appointed.

I was there with my family to celebrate a birthday. A very soulful place, beautiful, you feel like you’re in a castle. Delicious food, beautiful setting, warm atmosphere. After the birthday party we stayed overnight. The rooms are clean, themed, there is a shower and toilet in the rooms.

Although the website says that the house is 16+, the owners themselves have 6 grandchildren, so they welcomed us and our 5 children with open arms. We had a wonderful New Year's holiday. The guest house is located not far from Dilijan center. There is a river just next to the mail buildig the sound of which is mesmerizing. There is plenty of place to rest, dine and party. Must visit place

Very nice location and house under a bridge. The house is very big and can host 25 people easily. One thing I liked is that one day we came back from our walk and cows were inside the garden and were playing with each other. I felt very close to nature and it was amazing!

Stumbled upon this boutique hotel in Dilijan! It’s new, spacious, clean rooms with a lovely view. Woke up to the sound of roosters, scenic surroundings, and a hearty breakfast. Best part? We stayed here on Wednesday to Thursday. We had a very comfortable stay. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean. The room was spacious with even 2 chairs and a desk. This was useful as my wife had to do some work on her laptop. The wifi was good as well. There’s an excellent restaurant next door for dinner, and for good quality coffee. It’s a 5/10min walk to the centre of the town.

Lovely family with lots good vibe. I have visited them more than 3 times already. They help you with anything you need to know about Dilijan. The place itself is worth the money. There is a small BBQ place in their yard and we have had lots of fun there.
