Hotel Estetico Boutique in Yerevan

I stayed at Stetico Boutique Hotel in Yerevan through Airbnb and had a good experience overall. The place was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a stay of one or two weeks.

The owner was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed anything, which made things easier. The location was convenient, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

If you’re visiting Yerevan and looking for a simple, clean, and well-managed place, I’d definitely recommend it.

Had a good stay, nice new room. Reception organized a next-day laundry service for me as I was only staying two nights, even though it’s not something the hotel itself offered. Would recommend.

The hotel is clearly new. The lobby is pleasant, and there's a kitchen on the second floor with a refrigerator, stovetop, dishes, and tables for sitting and eating. A microwave would be convenient, of course. The room is also fresh and clean. However, the view from the window was disappointing; I wasn't expecting it to be like the hotel photo. Maybe it's my fault for not clarifying, but I won't downgrade it, as it's a budget hotel. It's located on a mountain next to a cascade, which was convenient. The cleaning service was unobtrusive. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. On the fourth day, we asked for the room to be cleaned and the towels changed, and they cleaned and changed them. That's all. We didn't ask, and nothing was done. If you're tourists like us—just staying overnight and having breakfast—the hotel is perfect for you. The price-quality ratio is quite good.
