CHALET Hotel & Restauarant in Dilijan

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The photos are very different from the actual condition; it's tired and in need of some renovation, at least cosmetic. We had an apartment.
The pros were the clean white linens, and we were allowed to turn on the heating in September because it was cold at night. There's also a TV with a wide range of channels and plenty of dishes. There's a supermarket nearby.
Now for the cons: there are a lot of insects, and the ceilings are very high, which is probably why it's difficult to remove them from the corners. Although there were about five in the bathroom that were easily accessible for cleaning. Furthermore, the overall condition of the walls, ceiling, and floor leaves much to be desired: holes, bubbles, dirt. Dirty curtains, dirty lampshades. The courtyard is unkempt; there's a grill, but for some reason, no lighting is installed. There are cameras in the courtyard that are pointed directly at you, making it a bit uncomfortable to be constantly under the watchful eye of Big Brother. The shower drain hasn't been cleaned in a while, so the dirty water lingers for a long time. I understand the price is lower than what's listed around town, but I think it would have been better to show the owner actual photos upfront. Next time, I'd think twice about staying in a place like that.
